The item sent to me is not the item in the picture. If I didn't care about the type of little bear then it would be perfect but I bought the slippers because of the cocoa sipping bear. Disappointing but I understand their mix-up. It's a lot of little bears to keep track of.

I took a chance on these, but just like other reviewers I revived the incorrect shoe. I specifically wanted the bear drinking from a mug (holidayish look) and I received a bear in denim. I’m going to return as I will be wearing these in winter and don’t want the denim bear which looks very plain.

It's not the same shoe as pictures but still very cute.

Not true size. I normally wear size 6. I've ordered size 6, it's too small so I returned and ordered size 7 and it's too big. so disappointed.

As stated by the previous reviewer, I was sent the wrong shoe. The one I got only had the fur on the sole and not on the sides as shown in the pictures. Contacted zappos, they did an exchange and was sent the wrong shoe again. I think they need to check the warehouse and how the product is labeled. I would like to know if zappos warehouse actually has the shoe in the picture in stock
