Run large. I wear 8 normally but 7 fit perfect without socks. Have both black and white. Love both so comfy. Great arch support and cushioning. Highly recommend.

It does run a little big, I am between shoes sizes 7 and 7.5 on regular shoes and I chose size 7, a little loose on the front but super comfortable
