I bought this Sandal in the gold color and loved it so much that I bought a second pair in black I was deeply disappointed The black do not fit the same They are or feel like a harder leather They are not anywhere as comfortable

The strap along the toe is very tight

Great looking sandal with just the right heel height. I wanted to love these but they have absolutely no cushion under the ball if the foot and the strap across the toes was not comfortable. I had to take them off after trying them on within 5 minutes. Sadly, I returned these sandals. Cole Haan, I hope to see improvements in comfort level considering the prices of your shoes.

The shoe is very narrow. I tried 2 sizes.

Not very comfortable. I always go with the regular width and had no issues at all. But the front part is very narrow and uncomfortable.

What a disappointment. I usually find Cole Haan shoes to be very comfortable. These sandals with the low block heel and ankle strap looked like they'd be comfy, but the leather strap across the instep Is awful. When I put them on, the fit was perfect and nothing seemed amiss. But once you walk more than a few feet, the straps begin to dig in. The first time I wore them, I only walked into and out of a restaurant, so not much harm done. The second time I wore them, I walked exactly a half mile in them from car to restaurant, and I ended up with 3 blisters. It was so bad I actually walked back through the streets of Boston in bare feet, rather than wear them again.

The heel is beautiful and there is cushioning on the sole, but the toe strap is extremely narrow. It dug into my skin and caused injury to my toes.

Wore these sandals once and they gave me blisters.

Skins were peeled. It's not comfortable and size was a little off but there was no option for exchanging a size nor refund. Just wasted my money. Cute design though.

Beautiful product but quality is unbelievably terrible. One of the first disappointments from CH, I hope the shoes are comfortable but instead each of my toe was brutally hurt after wearing them. It took me over a week to fully heal.

For a low block heel in suede, I expected comfort and versatility. But you will not be secure if you have skinny ankles, and the color is a green/gray, not a neutral/nude shade that goes with anything. At the price point it is a very disappointing shoe, do not recommend

I am disappointed in this sandal. I purchased these sandals as they were cute and could be dressed up or dressed down. The quality is lacking for what I paid.

Band over the fore foot is ver hard and stiff. Cuts into my feet.

Most awful representation of brand.

Blisters almost immediately. I didn't make it to the office without bandaids. Only worn once. I purchased three pairs and the styles were fine.

The shoes are gorgeous however sadly they are the most painful heels. This came as a surprise considering Cole Hans reputation for comfortable shoes. I wore them and my toes were covered in blisters i had to go home and change into sneakers and my toes were covered in bandages for the rest of the weekend.
