Too big.

The quality of material feels super weird and off compared to others. I like the color and pattern but low score for the material used.

The thing holding the string broke as soon as I tried tightening them.

I have worn a size 11 in flats since I was in high school. Hey dude shoes are not true to size. I ended up purchasing a size 12 because I could not fit the 11. The 12 fit a little snug so I kept them in hopes of them feeling more comfortable after a wear or two. No such luck. I ended up giving them away.

I've had several Hey Dude shoes and ordered the same size as usual but these are too small. I was so excited for them and I'm so disappointed that they don't fit.

Very stiff cloth, I have to break them in, never had to do that with my Hey Dudes. Wish I could send back

I order my regular size, 9, and they were way to small. Filled out the forms to return and order in a larger size. Original shoes returned the next day, forms completed and still haven't received the new ones to replace the ones originally order. They were the same price. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

They are cute but waaaaay too big. Bought my normal size definitely know to size down

The metal tabs on the laces broke just trying them on after receiving them in the mail. Very disappointed

I hate them. They're so uncomfortable and generally I love hey dudes, but they've made some changes recently that I'm not personally happy with enough so I won't be purchasing anymore as long as they have the black insole in them

Delivery was average, not what i expected time wise. Once i got them i was So excited because i never Buy myself shoes and this was my 2nd pair in 4 years I've gotten shoes and i took the tags off put them on and they are super tight! Because i have Worn them and needed them for work i cant Return. Guess i gotta go buy another pair of shoes soon and give these away

These shoes are so uncomfortable. They're stiff, not like any Hey Dudes I've ever had!! I have about 10 pairs, they cut into my ankle bone any They're uncomfortable to walk in, I would send them back but I've had them 30 days on my dresser...lesson learned!!

Missing the shoelace part to make it stay unfortunately we were leaving next day to Vegas and all girls were wearing same shoes they didn't have a replacement part to send only offered 15% back on a new pair. Way to compensate

I didn't like them they fit funny.. I returned them and picked a new pair just waiting for them to show up

I placed my order and the next day had a refund because they sold out as soon as my order was "processed" They were size 12 women's shoes, maybe HeyDudes needs to make more size 12 women's shoes because I can never get the cute prints for my daughter.

HeyDude uses DHL shipping and they are awful. Shoes never arrived. They made me wait almost a month when they advertise 5-7 days. Got refunded finally and reordered. Again with DHL said it was suppose to be here on the 28th now it's the 6th. Same thing happened last time.
