Ran too big

Toooooo big

Its been 3 months never got my shoes, and the reshipment from the first lost order in now Canceled by Hey Dude and the shoes are no longer in stock. PS - I only shop online and have no problems ever receiving shipments.

Never received the original order placed. I contacted customer service and they put a replacement order in. I never received another email with a tracking number so I waited the standard 5-7 business days for delivery as the replacement order email requested. After 10 business days I re-emailed again stated that I did not receiving a tracking number nor the replacement order yet. They responded saying that there was a delay with that order and put in for a third replacement order and asked for my patience to wait 5-7 business day for delivery. You think by the third time they would overnight an order! Again, waited 10 business days, no other email with tracking number and no replacement order has arrived!!!! Sent an email, again, stating everything and that I was done and to refund me my money and that I will never be purchasing from HeyDudes.com again!!!!

My wife washed them and they change the color to yellow.

I started my order process on May 9th. You guys gave me a tracking order and date for arrival on the 15th. 15th came and went and no shoes. UpS lost them in transit shortly after they arrived at the facility. After contacting you, i got a generic apology email and you gave me the option to reorder them. I accepted that option and you once again sent me a confirmation email. I waited another 10 days and they still never showed. After another generic apologetic email, you stated that the order never actual got placed on your end for the replacement and that they were never shipped. The option was once again given to me to reorder for a 3rd time, or a refund. I loved these shoes and hoped the 3rd time would be the charm. I asked for them once again to be sent out. Recieved the confirmation email about my decision. 3 Days later I recieved the same generic apology leter saying that the shoes were now out of stock and please either choose a different style, or my money back. This time i requested the refund. Cant really give a review on shoes that i never received, but i can tell you i am incredibly disappointed on how this all turned out

Never received and when reached out was told they were not shipped.

The shoes never came. I contacted the company to either send them or refund my money and have never gotten a response except this request to rate the shoes. So

I'd love to be able to actually rate these but I never got them so..... Yeah.... 1 star for poor customer service.

They are wide and dont fit well at all. They slip off of my feet. Im very disappointed in these shoes. Wasted money

Run small not wide bought an 11 but fit like a nine and a half . Very cute shoes .

Washed rhem and they turned yellow,so I won't be wearing them anymore

Not wide enough you need to over wide widths or extra wide widths for people that dont have skinny feet so I had to return them loved the pattern

Couldn't review due to the fact that I didn't receive this shoe. I received the completely wrong shoe and still no resolution on the error.
