Very bulky. I would have returned them but they were final sale. Oh yes, also too big.

I found that getting the shoe on was difficult and it had very little give as putting it on was not comfortable. Once I had them on they were comfortable but it was a struggle. I'll continue to by your shoes, may have been a wrong choice.

Very comfortable but these shoes get dirty extremely easily and are difficult to clean. I would size down at least a half size as well.

I have always been happy with my Cole Hahn. This was my first disappointment. I had been expecting leather, didn't realize it was some type of pleather. And with sizing up, fit was good except for challenge to get foot in. It's not their typical style. It's more of a slip in to it.

These are SO comfortable. However, they run quite large. I bought my normal 8 and they were at least a size or two too large. A shame because they were a final sale and CH won't let me return.

I enjoy wearing these shoes so much I ordered a second pair. Unfortunately, the size 8 that I ordered is much bigger than the original pair I have in a size 8. I double checked the sizing in both pairs just to make sure I didn't make a mistake with the actual size of the first pair I have, but they were definitely an 8. So I am only giving them 3 stars due to the inconsistent sizing. Otherwise they are very comfortable shoes and would recommend them. You might just have to try on a few pairs in the same size to get a pair that fit properly. I will have to return them though as even with socks they feel sloppy.

I liked the shoes initially but I tried cleaning it with all the methods prescribed by cole Haan and it just doesn't do the work. I now regret buying these

The sneakers are incredibly comfortable but look like huge boats on my feet. I need some sneakers or I would have returned them.

I got these shoes to take on our Paris trip (lots of walking!) but surprisingly, they were not very comfortable like all my other CH shoes are. They are stiff, do not feel very cushioned, and the toe box was tight. I even bought a half size bigger than I usually do. The length was fine, the construction of this fell flat for me.

Kind of weird looking and needs socks but should last for many years. Usually Cole Haan fits me perfectly. I don't like socks.

Because I never ordered anything before from your store, I wished I would have order a 7 narrow instead a 7 medium. The shoes are working for walking around in the hospital but it is probably too late to return them for a 7 narrow. I will have to endure it this time , otherwise, I love the shoes.

Hurt my ankle skin if barefoot. I like its look though.

These were the last shoes I purchased several mths ago. They are too tight for one to comfortably slip into. They don't feel balanced to walk in and it was a struggle to get them off. I was very disappointed. I won't return them, I'd rather give them away. Perhaps they will work on someone else's feet.

Not as comfortable as it looks. They fit big.

The shoes are nice I wanted to love them but they are huge I normally wear size 7 which is what I ordered and they seem as if they were a size 8, I walk and the heel slips out each time, no wonder they accept no returns or exchanges

Pros - very lightweight and stylish design Cons- my heel slips out of the shoe with each step which make it uncomfortable to walk in I am a size 8 shoe and I ordered that but it is too large

They were big. The size I use it's 6 but this model was bigger than the size so it doesn't fit me

I ordered these shoes online after trying them in the store but when they came in they are huge. Seems that the sizing is inconsistent and cannot return because of final sale item. Do not buy them online.

I got this shoes last Christmas, getting ready for a trip, tried a long walk in my neighborhood to test them for the first time, before my trip. I feel like I'm walking on the air but they are stretch in the front and I got like 3 or 4 blisters on each feet, not a product that I will purchase again. Cleaning is very hard too... JUST ONE TIME I USED THEM, if you see the picture it seems I used them many times!!!.. Very disappointed

They are very good sneakers and comfortable but they get furry and get very difficult to clean

Tried my regular size and half size up. Too tight or too loose. Very narrow and stiff too. Very disappointed

The upper of this shoe has no give it doesn't help keep the foot from slipping around the inside. I like. To have shoes that help the environment but you could use some sort of upper material that would conform to a foot such as canvas or even netting. I sent them back. Cole Haan is supposed to be a "better" brand but the best days are over. I loved when Nike did their collaboration! Those shoes were the bomb!!

May return. Heel makes sound when you stride like inner heel is detaching from sole of shoe
