Amazing quality, great looking boots

Wifey is incredibly happy with her new Regina leather boots. She says she won't take them off all winter! Although you pay a premium for these boots, you can tell they are well constructed and will last for years to come.

I bought these boots for a Christmas present for my mum and both myself and my mum are absolutely in love with them! The quality of the boot itself is just outstanding! Cant wait to buy more from Fairfax and Favor in the future!!!

Beautiful boots. Ive wished for a pair of these beautiful boots for so long. I was not disappointed to see the arrival of my blue box. So beautifully made with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship. A very happy customer who definitely be back to choose another pair soon.

The shipped boots are narrow calf, not regular as indicated. I measured my calf, which has always been skinny, and it could not fit although it is 15". Also, the dongle for pulling the zipper, shown in the photo, is missing. These are beautiful boots but zipping from the outside is difficult unless the zipper mechanism is smooth, which in this case is not. Without the dongle zipping these boots is almost impossible.

Very stylish boots and I wanted a pair for a while! I love that f&f create sporting fit, which is great for body inclusivity! In around a size 18 and struggled to find boots that would fit my calves until now! The only thing I wish theyd also create is wide fit boots for us cursed with wide feet! Its taken me weeks to to wear in the boots as the leather is so tough which I understand is normal. In the end I resorted to boot stretchers that you leave overnight. They still arent perfect but I know they will get there in the end. Just a warning to anyone with wide feet expecting to wear them straight out of the box! I highly recommend the plastic bag technique on f&fs website when putting them in first time if you are struggling with the curve of the boot! But they look great and Im sure they will fit great once Ive worn them in fully.

I like the color of these and love the heel height. The only thing I'm not thrilled with tmis the shaft height. I wish they would come 2 inches shorter. I'm tall, and they're still not flattering or comfortable. The only reason I'm keeping them is people say they relax and drop, but still, I wish they were just right from the beginning.

Loving my new boots taking some time to wear in as the leather is quite stiff but the quality is great, the delivery was incredibly quick and a good deal on Black Friday. I love that I can buy new tassels to change the look and match a scarf.

Beautiful boots

Beautiful boots. The colour and quality of the leather is unquestionable. Slim fit were slim enough in the leg for my very slim teenager but the ankle is still a little generous.

Absolutely loved these boots, quality was amazing and the packaging delightful! Customer support were very helpful too But being only 5ft3in I am too short in the lower leg and had to return. I will be back if/when you can do a shorter version x

This has been a journey I first purchased the regular but could not get my foot into the boot and when I did struggled to do the zip. I sent it back to order the sporting fit which was wider on calf. Again struggled to get my foot in and do up the zip but managed it but the gap at the top was too large. I contacted the customer service who advised go back to the regular and use the freezer bag method which I did....it worked. The boots are still a struggle and hurt mainly over the top of the foot when walking as there is currently little give in the material. I am 5 ft 2 so they come up quite high at back of leg and catch when going up and down stairs but again as the leather wears sure they will be fine. My calf is 36.5cm and the regular is snug so no jeans only leggings but this may change after wear. Overall well made and actually comfortable when on, lovely style and well with the investment

I am 5ft 4in tall and wear size 8-10 clothes, yet these boots are so tight on my calves, my partners was worried hed break the zip trying to do them up. I kept them on for about 2 minutes but they are so tight, they were cutting off my blood supply. Ridiculously tight. I know theyll stretch but I couldnt wear socks or tights in them!!

Love these boots. Feel like theyre going to last a long time and still look great.

Beautiful boots, practical heel height offering just a bit more of a dress boot especially if you're only 5'4. Lovely quality leather, great calf fit, I went for narrow fit as there is a little elasticity which allows a snug fit over jeans. I would have given 5 stars but I am still struggling to get my foot in and out! They take a lot of 'breaking in' but I love them.

i could not even get my foot in the boots. the size looks right, but the boots are so stiff, that even with the long zipper, it was impossible to get them on!

Lovely boot but cant get the right fit. Sporting too wide, standard too narrow so unfortunately wont be keeping these boots. But the return policy is great and easy to use so great company.

I LOVE, Love , love these boots. They are the first pair of boots to actually fit my legs. HOWEVER, they are exactly my size but they are SO unbearably tight as the leather is so stiff. Getting them on & off is a mammoth TWO man task and once on I am unable to bend my ankles which makes going up & down stairs a serious hazard! Determined to wear these beautiful boots in I wore them for TWO days city walking - no blisters but all I could think of ALL day was how flipping tight, to the extent of painful they were. I could not wait to get them off. Team Fairfax & Favor have been brilliant in trying to find a solution. They suggested I wear the boots & run the hairdryer over them whilst bending my ankle. I have done this but still impossible to get them on & off on my own. I have also polished them with Dr Martens Wonder Balsam. I am now going to take them to our local cobbler to see if he can stretch them. :hand_with_index_and_middle_fingers_crossed: There is no doubt that Fairfax & Favor are an AMAZING company selling great boots. Maybe leather is not the best option.

Fit is not accurate on the website and is misleading. Size 10 is not equivalent to size 42 as the website auto populated. Typically a size 10 is a size 40. I think in the case of this boot it would be accurate as well. Sizing should be updated. I trusted the website and sadly had to return. Otherwise the boots were beautiful.

Hi, Nice looking Boots, very sturdy. The boots are slightly to long and catch me behind the knee, I'm concerned about its longevity but only time will tell.

Beautiful leather quality but not sure on the length, Im a slim 57 and had to buy the heel lifts. Other expensive boots seem to fit me like a glove.

Gorgeous looking boots, beautiful quality, completely spoiled by the leather being rigid and unyielding. Very very wooden feel. Originally bought the standard fit, but they are so unyielding I struggled to get my foot in - my calves are slim but couldnt zip them up. Theres an elastic section, but its useless as the leather is so rigid. Returned them, and bought the sporting fit. Calf fit too big, but at least I could get them on! They are the most uncomfortable footwear I have ever had, so regrettably they were also returned. I know F&F say the boots will give in time, but for the price I dont think its unreasonable to expect not to have to endure that level of discomfort to break them in. Such a shame.

Unfortunately the boots came with scuffed marks and so they were returned. Apparently this is down to the leather used but as they were expensive and a gift I decided to choose a suede pair. I have to highlight the amazing communication and speedy action of Fairfax and Favor. Nothing is too much trouble, they really care about their customers and want to give the best possible service and experience. I will continue to shop with them. Customer service is everything, some companies can learn a lot from F&F. Thanks Jessica and team. My niece loves her gift

Beautiful boots but arrived scratched and marked. I wrote an email as feedback including my photos and I got a generic response that referenced BAG care..may as well have written thanks for your email, unfortunately we dont give a flip! I guess you have a very loyal following of F&F fans so as long as theyre filling your bank account you dont actually need to take much notice of anyone whos not happy?!
