Oh how I love thee, but alas, it was not meant to be! The quality of the boots is everything you expect from Fairfax & Favour, the incredible leather smell hits you as you lift the lid of your blue box delivery. With anticipation, you slide the bags down the boot length to reveal it's beauty. You turn over, flipping from side to side to see the tassels twirl in your hand. You tug out the packaging and hold your breath and your foot slides in and you contemplate the zip - will they fit? Yes Yes Yes!!!! But oh.... this is my first time trying F&F long boots after a lifetime of believing my calves were too chunky for any off the shelves and just hoping I could get the sporting fit on. Disappointed and elated all at once, they are too big!!! Sadly they have been returned but with new confidence, I will order their suede cousin and can't wait to get them! As for returns, the process is simple, the customer service outstanding and one of the many reasons I return as a customer time and time again.

My first blue box delivery and I am over the moon and wondering why I didnt order sooner. Quality and leather is top notch. I ordered sporting fit and they fit like a dream and feel comfortable although some wearing in is required. Now all I need is the matching Windsor, the ankle boots and of course more tassels to swish in. I do believe Im hooked. :grin::rofl:

A stunning boot. The leather is so beautiful and wears in quickly. I did go up 1/2 a size than usual as slightly on the small size. Sporting fit was great for me as I have larger calves. They make you feel a million dollars wearing them. Worth every penny.

Amazingly comfortable boots, I am very pleased they came back in black leather as I have suede ones but feel leather is harder wearing Highly recommend

I accidentally ordered the wrong size for boots for my wife. Customer services arranged a home collection and a replacement pair in the correct size. Simple and no fuss. Perfect, thanks.

Initially I tried to convince myself that I didn't need these boots, but then I said maybe I should order them, they're so good with returns. So I ordered them and patiently waited! Boy was I wrong, they are just magnificent! No way were they going back, the fit was perfection and they looked so beautiful. Everyone needs a pair of Black Boots in their life and these are perfect!

Ok so I've marked as great but yet to unpack the contents due to them being a Christmas present for my wife and I just know she'll find them if I open them, currently I'm able to pass the large box as something else :) Have to say that the shipping time was amazing and the level of customer service has been amazing. I'm sure (hope) she'll love them

These boots have had comments since the moment Ive put them on, and not just from fellow Fax-ers!! I feel so elegant in them, which for a busy mum of 3 under 7s is a tough call, but they make me feel like me again!

I have wanted a pair for so long and they didnt disappoint. Im only 53 so the back is high behind my knee but some heal raisers will sort it no problem. Cant wait to show them off!

This was my first purchase after loving the boots from afar. The SF was too big at the top by my knee and I could get my full hand down. I returned the item and received a refund. On the plus side, I then ordered the Tan High Heeled Regina in Regular fit and they are absolutely perfect, now back in the box as they are a Christmas present so I have to wait :)

Very stylish and so comfortable. A head turning pair of boots

Although it takes a couple of wears for the leather around the ankles to soften and to not be walking up and down the stairs like a tin man, when they do you will want to wear these everyday like I do. They are so comfy, practical and look elegant.

I purchased the black leather Regina ans I must say say wow...I feel a million dollars ...I previously owned black leather the first time around but sold them.... I must say the quality just keeps getting better and better ...just incredible

Beautiful boots. As they are leather I have had to work to break them in but a blast from the hair drier and a bin bag I was able to get my foot in and they now got like a glove!

I have waited for a pair of f&f boots for years, when they first came out I had just bought my first house and couldnt afford them, then when I could I put weight on and they wouldnt fit, now Ive lost the weight and have the money and black leather was perfect for me so I got them. Love then so much, amazing, thank you x

With having bigger calves Ive always struggled to get nice tall boots and when I discovered Fairfax and Favor I thought they wouldnt fit either, but to my surprise they do and look fabulous! I really love my new black leather Reginas happy Christmas to me :blush:

Absolutely love these sporting fit Reginas in black! Great quality leather as always, and a good fit for a larger calf. They took very little breaking in at all which was great! I usually size up to a 7, I'm size 6-6.5.
