I kept this pair because they are very light and comfortable. I like the color and a flower is cute but overall doesn't look very flattering. An okay option for the money.

Im new to JBU shoes and just ordered my first pair. I’m usually an 8.5-9 in most shoe brands, depending on whether it’s a sandal or closed toe, but the 9 in JBU is too small for me. I’m waiting on a 9.5 to see if that’s better. Also I wish it had better arch support. I wear a lot of Birkenstock and Earth shoes. The JBUs have some arch but not as much as those brands. Otherwise the shoes are super cute and have great cushion and traction.

I bought this shoe in my normal size of 7. It was too wide in the back for my heel. I decided to try a smaller size and it was too small. I guess I won't be able to wear red shoes this summer.

The fit was good as was the width, but the heel top edge rubbed. That was not comfortable. I am sorry to have to return them.

These shoes are adorable and they look great on my feet. The fit is good too--- but the edge digs into the top of my foot so that they are painful to wear. I like them enough that I considered keeping them anyway and just hoping they would break in eventually, but I'm pretty sure I would end up with spots on my feet rubbed raw.

Too tight over toes

With this order I have finally realized that though I love the JBU style as well as the Jambu style, the JBU size runs smaller than the Jambu. Unfortunately, I'll have to stick with Jambu from now on.

Heel digs in and made a sore after just half a minute of walking around.

These have absolutely no arch support. My feet pronate in them horribly, so I am returning them.

have purchased many JBU shoes in the past and loved them, these were too narrow, too short and very stiff

Bummed I needed to return. had bought similar shoe “I thought” a couple years ago but did not fit at all like my previous pair.
