Perfect size and good looking for everyday. HOlds everything and then some. Love that I can switch from backpack to sling. Love that it comes in so many colors. Love the sturdy material and zippers. Frankly, I cant think of anything to criticize. Love this bag!

I have used backpack purses for 20 years so I consider myself a bit of an expert on them. This Naples Baggalini backpack purse is almost perfect: lightweight, lots of pockets both inside and outside, converts to sling, and neither too large nor too small in size. My only small criticism is that as a backpack it hangs away from the back and the straps, even when maximally shortened (not to encroach on the zippered parts) still hang the bag quite low on the back.

I bought this for my most recent trip. It's a great color combination and has lots of storage.

I'm very particular about my pocket books. And this is functional and allows me to have my hands free. And many different pockets and places to organize. All you need to carry with you.

I have been using this bag for years. It's sturdy, lightweight and pretty. Lots of handy pockets some with zippers. I will definitely order another.

I use this everyday so I can be hands free while shopping & traveling. I can just fit my iPad in the padded sleeve. The inside is roomy enough for all my stuff! It's not as heavy or bulky as the larger backpacks so works great for everyday! I now have 4 different colors!

I took this bag on an overseas cruise and used it everyday for excursions. It is super light weight so no strain on shoulders or back. The straps adjust in a variety of ways to fit all body types comfortably. It washes like a dream and has more pockets than you will have stuff to store. I loved it enough to make it my everyday purse so now I need a few more colors of the same! Can't say enough good about this bag. You'll love it!

This bag is perfect! Small in size, but functional for everyday use. I can fit my iPad Mini 5, a compact umbrella, and all of my other essentials. There is a loop to hold my keys in place instead of me just tossing them in my bag like I normally do. The silver hardware is sturdy as well. The strap easily converts between a crossbody or a backpack. If you are hesitating on purchasing, please don't. You will NOT regret your purchase.

Great size for all your needs without having a bulky feeling

I've enjoyed two different Metro Backpacks over the years and when the zipper finally separated on one (I've had it literally for years using it 7 days a wee,) I decided to try something slightly different. The Naples backpack has a bit more room and a jazzier look. I chose the black opal color and have already gotten compliments on it. It's got all the good compartment features of the Metro, plus I can slip in a slim paperback plus a small bottle of water. So convenient and fun! I'm sure I'll enjoy this one for a long long time.

I have the Naples in several colors. I love all of the compartments and the ease of a backpack. I feel very organized. There is room for alot but it is not a heavy backpack. I purchased the opal black and love it!! All of my favorite colors and cheerful.

I purchased this bag in blue as a birthday gift for a family member. I wanted something that looks professional as a work bag but also useful as a travel bag. It can be worn with one strap or the strap divides to be worn on both shoulders. A great gift for a busy young person!

This is by far my favorite backpack! Great for active days of shopping, vacationing or chasing my grand kids! The size is PERFECT! Big enough for the essentials without being overly huge. Just purchased the quilted version, my 4th bag and the fabric is beautiful! Organized well for phone, sunglasses, keys etc. and I like to wear it over one shoulder but glad I have the backpack option. Highly recommend and more colors please in the quilted fabric!

I adore this backpack. It has enhanced my life with its many compartments and light weight. Everything has a place and I'm no longer looking for many minutes to find my keys or phone or mask,, which used to get buried in my shoulder purse. And it's incredibly cute! I got it in French navy.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and am very happy with the Naples Convertible Backpack purse. It's a little bigger than I thought, however, I am happy with the size since I can easily find my wallet, keys, mask, hand sanitizer, etc. since there are unique pockets to store everything I carry. It's comfortable to wear and I first day I had to run into a store in the rain and water just beaded up on the fabric. I love the red color. I recommend this bag.

I bought this to use as a purse when we go camping and hiking this summer. I have been trying it out around town running errands and I LOVE IT! Easy to wear, lightweight and compact, but still has enough room to hold everything I want to carry with me. Also, it has so many great, functional pockets! Or course, it's Baggallini!
