I wear these shoes to walk around daily and have worn them a few times in the water and on some dirt trails. I have to say I love these shoes- they are extremely comfortable and go with many outfits. That being said, I am very disappointed in the quality of Tevas. This is the second pair I have purchased in the last few years and both have had the same fatal flaw. They just fall apart after a year of regular use( only used in summer). The straps have come out of the sole and the sole itself detaches and flaps around.
This is so frustrating because I want to repurchase but I just cannot spend another $80+ dollars on a product that should be "durable" and lasting since it has been promoted as a shoe to "Camp Hike and Explore" in. I believe they need to make their shoes more lasting or at the very least, extend their warranty. To help prevent this issue I suggest that they connect the straps under the sole instead of just sticking it down into the side and gluing them. This is what Chacos do and those shoes last a very long time.
From my two out of two experiences, Teva seems to make a product will be thrown in the garbage after a year or two and is therefore too expensive. This is both not good for the environment and the consumers spending hard-earned money on them.

Teva used to be high quality, but their items have become lower quality while raising the prices.
I really like it the style, it's comfortable and practical. But after only having it for 3 months, it's falling apart. The sole has disconnected from the rest of the shoe. It's covered by warranty, but in order to get it replaced, you have to return it via UPS. If you're like me and live over 40 minutes from the closest UPS store, this is a huge inconvenience. They should allow USPS, or just replace the faulty item without making the customer spend more time and resources to replace a faulty product. I'm very disappointed as I have been a Teva fan for a long time.

I got a women size 7 in maple sugar (a nice rosy color), however they were nearly size larger than my feet. A week and a half after receiving them, I finally had the time to initiate a return and go to the post office, only to find out that the shoes are not eligible for return.

The cushion on heal is squishy so your Achilles tendon is stretched with each step because the heal cushion gives too much.

My toes go over the front of the sandal no matter how much I tighten the straps
I wish they would fit better because they are incredibly comfortable and give me the extra height that I so appreciate

i have lots of teva universal platform sandals that are great with my bunions but these are unwearable. unfortunately they are non-returnable so i'll give them away if someone else finds them tolerable.

I have at least 20 different styles os Tevas in my closet and I absolutely love them . This ampsole style is the exception. The positioning of the straps isn't quite right no matter how I adjust them. They are not comfortable and the front outside strap hurts my little toe. The sole feels good enough but the fit on the whole is very disappointing.

I wanted to love these but I found them to be incredibly uncomfortable especially around the big toe area where they were actually painful. I've never had this issue with Tevas before.
