True to size!

With Amazon FC’s new shoe policy coming into affect next week I needed to buy a pair of comp or steel toe shoes that I can wear and break in with just enough time before I HAVE to wear them every shift. After the first wear for 10 hours this is how I feel: They arent the worst safety toe shoes out there ive tried. If you have the issue of your toes rubbing on the side where the comp/steel toe indention is in the front of the shoe, DEFINITELY get them in a wide size. Ive come to the assumption that with any pair of safety comp or steel toe shoes go a half size up. I got these in a size 9 and B wide and these still seemed pretty narrow when I put them on. I also recommend getting a pair of work or gel insoles because the ones that come in the shoe are by no means comfortable. Im going to buy new soles, and wear them a few more times and I think these will work for me just fine.

The shoes is comfortable at firt and felt true size. The only issue for me is the shoes traps a lot of heat inside. After working a 10 hour my feet were burning and uncomfortable.

I bought these shoes from boot barn. Boot barn also sell safety shoes approved by Amazon. I bought these shoes in the color black/oink. I thought these shoes were cute and stylish. I love how there’s a pink accent under the black mesh of the shoe. Zappos’s need a pop-up shop so you can walk around in the shoes in the store and try different shoes before you buy them. When I put these shoes on and walked in them at work, it kind of felt like I was walking in cleats. I guess it’s because of how the ridges are on the shoe shows.. I did not wear inserts in the shoes. If you have a medical condition that affects your balance these shoes may not be best for you. I was having trouble trying to balance. I bought these shoes and a half size bigger than what I normally wear. They didn’t feel too tight. They didn’t feel too small. I have toe space.

The arch was too high for me, personally. I had a lot of pain when I started wearing these. I got some Dr. Scholls insoles for them but even that didn't save them. They aren't the worst I've tried but they are certainly not the best.

Overall I can say these shoes have saved my feet from being smashed but they are so uncomfortable! My feet literally hurt after a few hours of wearing these shoes.

Just trying on the shoe was great but then walking in the shoes I noticed that the right show is made differently and the protection plate is bigger/longer in the right. Hurts my foot to where my toes should bend the plate blocks the proper bending range.

They were really comfortable but they wear out pretty quick the sides near my toe where the composite part touches wears out pretty quick and it starts to press against the toe, which makes it raw I’ve only had them for about a month. They’re lightweight true to size

I do not recommend these if you working

although Wide it was a little narrower than I expected. And it didnt feel comfortable at all upon trying on. Can't imagine wearing these for 4 plus hours...

The width felt narrow and uncomfortable

The shoes felt narrow in width and had no space on the sides of the shoes. I Like to order my shoes wide since I work 10hr shifts and to give my feet space in case of swelling but these shoes fit snug. Im usually a size 8 but I ordered an 8.5 for extra room and it feels like these shoes might run on the smaller and more narrow size because they fit snug instead of loose. The shoes also physically appear more narrow than rounded

Not enough room in the toe area. The top of my toes were rubbing on the composite toe thingy.

They seemed to have gotten loose and they were already wide width. They have also developed tears and i alternate my shoes the 4 days i work...poor quality

Comfortable though cut wat too big. And they squeak after an hour or so of wear. Wish I would've exchanged when I first purchased because I would've gotten wear out of them. Forgot about it though.
