Usually 9.5-10 in regular shoes, but went for 10 on this one. Going a 1/2 size up probably would be optimal if you have wide feet. The toe cap is relatively spacious though. I went through 2x budget insoles, but the shoes held up after a year of CPT chasing and running the green mile for collections. Good: Almost no break-in period. Lightweight. Sneaker feel. Bad: Get dirty fast. Original insoles wear out fast. (Actual soles were destroyed after the year, but I did do A LOT of green mile collections.)

I bought these for my son, he works at Amazon and is on his feet all day, sometimes 30,000 steps a day, he loves how comfortable they are, he says they don't rub his heels like the other Reebok work shoes with composite toes did. My son said he would definitely buy them again when these wear out.
