Usually wear a size 7 and these are much too big. I tried putting in a foot insert but it didn’t help. Will have to return them.

I loved the look of the VIONIC Kensley shoes. I am usually a 6.5-7 in most shoes. The shoes were much too wide for me in the mid foot and heel in both sizes. After some trial and error, I sized down to a 6, which kept the shoes from sliding off my feet. I tried to break them in over a 2 week period by wearing a few minutes at a time with thin socks. This was a mistake, however. I should have returned them! I have a low volume, narrow heel foot. The leather in the forefoot of this shoe does not soften or stretch, as there is an interior rigid toe box. This rubbed the skin off the tops of my big toes as well as my pinky toes and heels. Even though I love the look of Vionic styles, I will be very cautious in the future. These will become an expensive thrift store donation. If you have a low volume foot/narrow heels, this shoe might not be for you!

way too big. I went down 1/2 size and should have done a full size. But I now don't trust the shoe so I won't try to reorder.

I had to order a half size smaller in the wide shoe which I never have to do! I love the clean look of these in taupe and have found them very comfortable to stand and walk in. However the shoes are incredibly squeaky and make a loud sound anytime I walk which is kind of embarrassing. It's not the sole but something about the material in the shoe.

Have to return these. They a good wide shoe but the heel is very lose and slips when I walk.

This pair felt narrow in the toebox. I was looking for a more casual loafer. When these arrived they were more office casual. As usual Zappos customer service was wonderful.

I have tried four sizes in this style and none work. The shoes are so cute - but this is my normal size and they were too narrow for me.

The shoe is longer than a typical size 6. It slipped off while walking. I liked the patent leather with the more casual white lug sole which gives it a contemporary Spring look. I didn't care for the almond shaped toe, but would have accepted this if the shoe fit. Fairly priced for a leather upper and quality of the shoe.

The leather on these shoes are stiff. The size fits fine but there isn’t any give.

I used to wear 9's, but it seems like I'm safer buying 8 1/2's these days. Still, this shoe was roomy, so I stuck those adhesive pads in them. They're still a tad loose, and for the money I would expect more comfort. I would also expect more quality leather, but no.

Nice looking shoe with great support, but run large. I kept them but have struggled to find the right inserts to make them fit correctly. I keep trying

The left shoe felt and looked larger than 6.5 size. Arch didn’t fit. I LOVED the style but just couldn’t make it feel right. Both shoes slipped at heel when I walked.

I have wide,flat feet with bunions. The width (w) was good but felt like 1/2 size too big in the back. Didn’t love enough to reorder.

Normally I take an 8 in Vionics. I have a wider foot, but the width seemed fine. But they were too long and my heel slipped too much even with socks. Also, there wasn't much of an arch. I have arthritis in the big toe. These seemed very stiff. I don't know if they would feel better after worn awhile. I wasn't a fan of the patent leather type finish either.. Overall, the style was nice. There aren't many shoes that are stylish that are styled high enough to not interfere with my big toe arthritis. So, this was very disappointing.

I liked the style, but from some of the reviews I thought the shoes would not be so stiff. I already have a pair of Vionic sneakers (size 7.5M) and they fit great. So, I ordered 7.5M in these shoes (my normal size), but they were just too big for me.

Too manly of a shoe for my liking.

I liked the style and the material however it was too wide in the heel and felt too snug at my toes. I think if I went down 1/2 a size it would be too tight in across my toes. The arch support hit were it should so size that is another reason not to size down.

I usually wear a 9 for all closed toe shoes. Bought them, wore them a couple times and they stretched out so much I couldn't keep them on my feet.

I wanted this shoe so badly. Unfortunately, the toe box was too tight while the heel lifted up with every step. Even my husband is sad that they are going back...
