I'm 6'3 about 145 and I bought a medium. It fits well in length and width, and the sleeves are long enough. Plus it is very soft. Will buy all the colors soon.

Best waffle shirt ever! I have a long torso and a big guy and the TM lineup makes shirts long enough that fit just right! Love this brand! I think the winter lineup runs a touch bigger than the summer.
