Fits really well, and it's difficult for me to find wide dress shoes. Pretty happy with the purchase, but they do cut into my ankles.

Very comfortable dress shoes with a lot of padding. Shoes seem a little loose. I think it just needs new laces that will allow me to tie them tighter. Been very happen with them overall. Wear them 5 days a week for work.

Very comfortable shoe. Not the best looking, average office shoe. Very light though, true to width and length. I wish Dunham had a version of this with nicer materials, I would definitely buy that. Downside was it wore out very very fast. They lasted one year, when most shoes last 2-3. Not as sturdy as I would like for the cost. If price was lower I would buy again. If materials were better I would buy again at the same price.

These are great shoes if you have orthotics and need a dress shoe. They clearly are not like a pair of Allon Edmonds but for being in the office and looking good with your own support in place, they work great.

Shoes are very light and comfortable. Size and width are good. Price was very reasonable. I hope they wear well. The last walking shoes I bought that were made in China had rubber that wore out very quickly on the heel.

I bought these to replace Clark's Touareg, which I have worn for years. I think I have average width feet. I liked the Clark's because there was enough room (for my feet) in them to fit a well padded athletic insole (I also had to wear thick socks). Although the insole helped, they just weren't comfortable enough (and they're heavy). These Dunham's are very comfortable, as close to an athletic shoe feel I've had in a dress shoe. I have two issues with them, though. 1. I need to wear two pairs of socks to keep the heel of the shoe from painfully rubbing on my Achilles. 2. When I wear two pairs of socks, the shoe is too tight on my midfoot. My solution is to wear a thin low-cut athletic sock under a dress sock. I cut the dress sock in half under my arch so it provides heel protection (and looks normal when I sit down) without causing the forefoot pressure from a tight shoe (please take the sock off before cutting it in half :)). Shoe is super-comfortable. Would get 5 stars if I didn't have to be Sock MacGyver.

Great looking and supremely comfortable, HOWEVER the toe part of the cannot hold a shine for more than a day or two. Kind of frustrating because I love the feel of the show.

Husband says these are very light on the feet, comfortable, and look good (he wears these to church as well as shopping). His only problem is the laces slip open very readily.

When I first put these on I didn't like how they felt. Not a lot of cushioning in the sole to make a good first impression. Now after four months they are broken in and comfortable. I'd still prefer more spring in the soles but I'm willing to forgive that for the price. You'll also have to forgive the styling as these shoes are downright bland. The finish is holding up surprisingly well for a dress shoe and they have resisted any scratches that wouldn't buff out. My biggest problem now is that I normally order a half size larger when a shoe isn't offered in a specific "E" size. These truly are wide and now that the leather has stretched I can't tie them tight enough. I'll be trying the Dunham brand again, but in a 12.5 next time.

These are very comfortable shoes and the fit seems exactly as sized. They are a little more substantial looking than the pictures would lead you to believe. The "Bikefront" stitching isn't nearly as obvious as in the picture so at first glance the just look like a plain toe. If your looking for a basic Biz-Casual oxford that is super comfy right out of the box, these are for you, but they're not really dressy or stylish.

First purchase of new dress shoes in a long time; the sole is less cushioned than old Rockport dress shoes- do ANY Dunham shoes have a similar sole like the old Rockport vibram soles? It doesn't have to be Vibram, just thicker, better cushion.

I had high hopes for these as it always takes me months to find the right shoes. They are very comfortable but make SO much noise when I am working. These are size 16 BTW. People will hear you coming. Also the right side back rim digs into the back of your ankle. I read something similr to this on another review but thought it could just be a one time thing. Maybe I need to "break them in" but I don't believe in that because if you do break them in and they don't fix, then your out money. Anyways, this is all because of the bigger size.

I was expecting more from New Balance. They feel like plastic and have little cushioning so my feet are tired and very sore by the end of the work day.

The first thing that struck me about the shoe when I took it out of the box was that it just felt incredibly cheap. The leather is more like pleather (plastic/leather). But it is still a nice looking shoe. The real reason I had to return it was due to the incredibly odd bubble they designed into the insole under the heel. I'm assuming they did it to offer some type of support and give you a rebound or spring effect when walking. The end result for me was that it just felt like I had a quarter under my heel all day.

An alright shoe, but not so narrow as I had hoped, and the leather seems to be more prone to stretching than similar shoes I've owned in the past. Also, not my favorite style (they look a bit clunky), but I needed a new pair of shoes and -- after a stupidly long search -- this was the most reasonably priced pair I could find in my (more or less) size/width.

Working in a business-casual environment, this shoe looks the part. It looks great in fact. Classy enough, but a little casual. But as a big guy (tall and heavy) I found these shoes extremely uncomfortable. It wasn't a pinch or a rub or anything like that, but at the end of the day my feet were more tired, and they hurt. And my back hurt. I thought it might be a break-in period but even after a couple of weeks they still make my back hurt. So much so that I'm giving them up and trying a different shoe.

My husband had been wearing some Johnston and Murphys that he loved but he didn't want to spend so much on a new pair. From the pictures and description, these looked like the perfect solution, but alas, they did not seem to be even worth $50 let alone $100. He said that they were fairly comfortable and supportive, but they looked like plastic clown shoes. Maybe it's just us, but we definitely think they looked extremely cheap.

The sole of this shoe looks and feels thin but provides stellar cushioning; compared to past dress shoes, I felt like I was cheating that I did not feel any shock when walking. The leather is so-so, looks a bit plasticy. It took me three days of wear (and trying-on different sizes of this same style) to figure-out the heels/lasts were rubbing my ankles raw not because of size or something to do with the specific pair but because the heels/lasts curve so far forward, to the point the heel of my foot is not at the far back of the shoe even though the back of my ankle is against the last; when walking, this caused excessive moment and rubbing, especially with how the stitching rolls-over the top. I think the problem would be solved if the last were lower and/or did not curve forward so much.

They sent me Dunham shoes instead of Rockport shoes. Website isn't clear about the brand, the shoes were not what I was looking for, not a dress shoe like Rockports I've bought in the past.

Extremely thin leather uppers, super lightweight soles. Appear designed to be cheap to build. Probably okay for slippers, but not for walking on the street.

I ordered this shoe for my husband who has very wide feet. He needed a shoe for business casual events at which he wears blue blazers, collared shirts, and dress pants (like wool gabardine tan pants). This shoe is not nice enough for that kind of outfit. The leather is not very substantial or nice-looking, it looks kinda cheap. The laces are insubstantial and cheap. The shoe overall is just not dressy enough. It may work with a more casual business-casual, such as cotton chinos and polo shirts. He didn't even try it on because out of the box, we knew it wasn't the right shoe.
