Had to put a little cushion where you tie your laces on the inside buckle. Other than that perfect fit. And they are Nice looking

I got these on last minute for my tour to Rainier in Winter. They did well for 3-4 inches of snow. I did slip 2-3 time over the day but never fell down. The light weight came in handy when we had to do snowshoe. I guess I would wear them whenever I go out on trails (even with a bit of snow)

So far so good. Very Comfortable. I've used 4 times on trails for 2hr hikes. Feet and Achilles not as sore or stressed as before. Plus got them for a good price in color scheme I like. Only thing I wished it had was more sturdy toe protection. My trails are full rocks and prominent tree roots. Sometimes my toes still slam into those and it hurts. Example of strong toe protection w/o being a steel toe is on NB's Hierro v7 Trail shoe.

Wore it for more than 8 hours and the balls of my feet started to hurt. Overall, it's quite comfortable.

Run small. My husband usually wear size 9 but he needs 10 for this style.

Worn once so far. Enough grip to walk in a small amount of snow. Comfortable footbed. Bright colors. Like the high tops for ankle support.

Very light, comfortable boot. I've only got about 20 miles on them so I don't know how they'll hold up. Most shoes I wear a 10.5, including other Northface boots, but these were a little tight especially in the toe box.

Hey out there, I have used these for the past couple of weeks and I can say that the "rocker"(my words) profile really works on skree, deteriorating granite and quartz, I was surprised and I loved the abrasion resistant strips on the lower, morning dew, and a storm had no effect and I stayed in contact with all surfaces..T.Ray

They certainly are light, a pleasure. Naturally they will provide less ankle support. This version has a sponge like sole that I am not absolutely crazy about. They are North Face and for that reason well made.

Pretty comfortable wearing it at first. But kind of hurt my ankle after hiking for a few hours. Will give it a few more try.

Light yet supportive and extremely comfortably with no break in required. These might be my new lightweight hikers.
