I was so excited to get these but when they came they were a whole size too big. I ordered my normal size and will send back for a size smaller. The other thing that is a bit upsetting is the soles are super slippery. They have been using a new material that seems cheap and plastic like rather than rubber. I will have to scrape the soles with a cheese grater so they will grip on wood floors or smooth surfaces. I wish the makers would use the sturdy rubber that has a better grip and better look.

Way too big. I normally wear a 9 - 9.5. The 8.5 was too big. Had to return both.

Very comfortable, but unfortunately too big, and will return. The metal detail jingled, was a bit annoying.

They are gorgeous and extremely comfortable.

This shoe is incredibly comfortable and stylish. I tried on a lot of loafers before finding this one. The moment I slipped my foot into it I knew I could wear this shoe all day with no issues and still look cute. I wear either an 8 or 8.5 depending on brand and ended up with the 8.5 for this shoe.

Loved them…beautiful shoe but they run big so returning for 1/2 size smaller.

Fit well and had good support. Just what I needed for the outfit.

I really liked the style of this updated loafer, but unfortunately I had to return them. I normally wear a 6-1/2, but they were too big in the heel and they kept slipping and a little tight across the front of the foot. I would have tried them in a 6, but they were out of stock.

Well made shoe. My usual size is 8.5 regular width and that is what I ordered. (My feet do lean towards the slimmer side) With this shoe my heel slipped out of the back when I walked. I did not want to order the next size down because I felt the shoe would have been too tight. Again it is a well made shoe.

The left shoe crinkled when I put my foot in. I could not smooth out the wrinkle. SHows have been returned.

This is a beautiful show and just what I was looking for. But it runs large maybe not quite a 1/2 size large but enough I could t wear it.

No size problem for me - ordered my regular size. If anything it’s on the large side. I’m actually exchanging for a half size bigger.

I was surprised to try these on, take a few steps only to discover they flop. The heel cup is really large. Good quality but the fit is tricky.

A nice shoe but have to return it. The shoe felt too wide in the arch and heel area - this area's leather a bit flimsy.

I really wanted to love these - they’re so cute and comfortable. However, they are without a doubt the noisiest shoes I’ve ever worn. Maybe it is just the pair I received, but they creak loudly with every single step. I’ve tried everything to fix them (powder, replacement insoles, etc.) to no avail.
