The fit was not as comfortable as I have come to expect from Cole Haan shoes. The shoe rubbed against my foot in an area where I believed if I had to walk for some distance it would create some discomfort.

Fit was not quite right. Had to return item.

Runs bigger than the size

The shoes are veeeery comfortable, but a but unstable. My foot rolls around fairly effortlessly on the base. These are mostly going to be used on casual days in the office so it's ok but if looking for something with stability - probably not the shoe for you. ALSO - these are "dazzling blue if you like almost purple shows (still blue-ish but a purple hue). The shoes laces are purple as is the stitching around the heel but nothing in any description even remotely points this out. Comfortable shoe, needs more stability and more truth / depth in product description when picture doesn't tell the whole story.

The shoes are very comfortable. But it has one flaw that needs to be corrected. I was walking across the showroom and almost fell on a dry shiny floor. I can only imagine if it was raining outside. Cole Haan needs to add some type of rubber gripps on the bottom. Then they would be Five Stars.

This is the third pair of Cole Haan footwear that I've purchased in the past 6 months, and the only pair I haven't been particularly happy with. They're very comfortable, very lightweight for just walking around town. However, I'd intended to use them for a brisk walking routine I do and they were really problematic for that. In order to keep the shoes from scuffing the ground, I had to lift my feet unnaturally high, which was both uncomfortable and distracting. And just walking a mile on two occasions chewed up the heels badly. So if you're having to stand for long periods of time, or just walk around leisurely, I'd recommend them, but not for anything the least bit athletic.

Quality may be more related to sustainability, however, I think the quality could be a little better.

The heel cup really dug into my heel with every step. I owned a few pairs of CH's and I try to deviate from the lightweight knits that seem to work for me (and not dig into any parts) but it's always ends up in a return.

they're kinda ugly tbh, but super comfy and supportive. they're also hard to clean.

Very stiff construction compared to all the other zero grand shoes I've purchased. Needs some wear time to feel comfortable.

These shoes look great out of the box and they are super comfortable. Here's the BIG but. The material the sole is made out of is easily scuffed and nearly impossible to clean. I like my whiteish shoes to stay clean and fresh. That's literally impossible with these. I'm trying something new next time. I wouldn't buy anything with these "rubbery" soles again.

Great looking sneaker, but it's foam is very delicate and already started to fray. Also after the first couple of wears the foam heal compressed and decreased the shoes comfortably. Besides it's a super light comfortable shoe.

I own over 20 pairs of CH shoes , these are uncharacteristically Uncomfortable

Far from the quality I've know to expect from Cole Haan after 20 years. Flimsy all the way around and just didn't fit right.

I want to start off by saying I own 7-8 different pairs of Cole Hann's however this was my first pair in this style. I have now put roughly 25-30 miles on these shoes and I can definitely say these are by far the most uncomfortable shoes I own. It's to the point that after an hour in this my toes hurt and my feet feel fatigued. I know it isn't due to sizing as I went in store to try on for fit before purchasing them online. I would have rated these a 1 but I absolutely love the style and colorway. I could simply have a bad pair but it's something to be cognizant of when purchasing as these shoes aren't cheap.

Runs 1/2 size big, and the finishing on the left pair was not great probably missed by the quality control, had to return it.

Stiff and uncomfortable. Shoes felt too big and too small at the same time. Not sure how that's possible.

The look of the shoe is great but disappointed in the materials. I was expecting the main part of the show to be made from pleather but it's a cheap styrofoam that makes cleaning scuffs extremely difficult. Would not recommend if you like to keep your shoes looking new.

These look great but they feel horrible after about 30 minutes you can no longer wear them. You get many compliments on the color but what kind is it
