This is a very nice shoe that is perfect for a traveler. You can use this shoe with a suit, business casual or jeans. It looks good and fits anywhere in the wardrobe. The leather/finish has a nice luster. A little stiff during those first miles but breaks-in nicely.

I bought these for my husband and Cole Hahns have always fit him well. However, these looked a little narrow and fit him a little too tight. They are very cool-looking shoes, so sorry I had to return.

The shoes arrived in a box correctly labeled, but the actual shoes were a different size. Right box wrong shoes. Customer service was great, but I was unable to have them for a wedding.

Purchased the 10.5 W. This is not wide by any means, this is actually narrower than the standard size in Cole Haan.

I’ve been buying Cole Haan for many many years.... I have to say, while the upper leather is still top notch quality, I don’t know how I feel about this ultra shiny rubber material they’re using for the soles. The verdict is still out. But from the looks of it, I’m getting better quality from a pair of Clark’s I just bought for 1/2 the price.

Looks and feels like plastic, different material quality than the photo shown. Is more like brown plastic rather than British tan.

The problem with these shoes is that the shoe sizing is not true to size, and it's also not consistent. Sometimes, it's too large and other times it's too small. The sizing is inconsistent.

I ordered these same shoes two years ago which fit perfectly. Same design now seem narrower near toe (I ordered EE in both cases two years apart and latest shoe I tried to break in and after a couple weeks cannot wear) - I am ordering new shoes in a different brand.

These look great in the ad, which shows British Tan" as a sort of cognac color. However the shoes are more of a drab tan color, not cool looking at all imho. I returned them and will look for a shoe that is more of the whiskey color with more red tone than dull tan.

I cannot stress enough how uncomfortable these shoes are. Imagine the most uncomfortable shoes you've ever worn. Then multiply that by 100. And that's a fraction of how uncomfortable these shoes are. There is absolutely no heel support. Since receiving them two weeks ago, I've already researched and ordered inserts. They're that uncomfortable. This is my fourth pair of Cole Haan's but for some reason these shoes in particular are almost unbearable.

One shoe came with glue spillover on top, I cleaned that, but now within about 4 months of ownership, the seems are letting go and the shoe seems to be falling apart...

These are good looking comfortable shoes, but almost immediately the black strips (of plastic?) that cover the heel began falling off in pieces. I should have returned them but I needed the shoes for work. It is one month later and I need to have the heel replaced as it now looks bad.

Ordered Saturday. Arrived Tuesday. Amazed how fast Zappos can get their product to the door. So the shoes. They look exactly like the picture. Fit is a little narrow compared to other Med/D width shoes I've had. I got a terrible blister walking less than 100 steps in these between the car and my office. The heel box is very tight and happens to be very stiff. The last pair of Cole Haans and Frye's I ordered didn't have this issue. Other complaint - top leather on the the shoe cracked/bent in initial cross the kitchen test walk which really surprised me. Looks - great. Wear - not too happy.

Terrible. Far too narrow.

I have the same brand and same model of shoes just different color. These ones are smaller as compared with the older ones. Even when compared to my Cole Haan sneakers 9.5m these are smaller.

Nice style, hence the reason I purchased them. However, the leather (well, is it even leather?) and comfort of the shoes are very bad! It feels like you're walking in shoes made out of wood.
