This shoe will rub the back of your heels raw. Would NOT recommend to even my worst enemies.

Wore them once, never again. I literally wore them once to go to work, I realized they get super dirty, like literally I cannot use them anymore, they look so disgusting after one timeeee!!! I cannot believe it. I literally have like 40 pairs of Cole's and this one are the ones I don't like.

Within 10 minutes of wearing this shoe today, the skin on both my achilles started blistering. Very uncomfortable. I am at work right now suffering with this shoe on. Cole Haan's are my favorite shoe but his is absolutely terrible. Bad design at the heel that is almost sharp. I am going to ask for a store credit or refund.

Shoes rub the back of my heel really bad and the color description online is wrong.

The base of these shoes are ivory not white. They look yellowed in person.

Rubbed a blister on my heel after 10 minutes of wear. Returned immediately.

They left a bliter on both of my heals. I guess this is why they were discounted. But why would you guys sale shoes that are causing issues? There are multiple reviews and comments that say the same thing. This is by far the worst pair of shoes that I have. I'm sorry to say this because I have 8 pair of Cole Haan. That's all I wear to work.

Very flat. Little arch support. I purchased bc others rave about them. I felt they weren't very cushioned. I was so excited to get my first pair but I am pretty disappointed.

Ridiculously narrow, tight, and unsupportive. Stylish, sure, but awful to wear.

The discription of the show was very misleading. The color was described as Color: Optic White-Natural Tan-Ivory. These are not any of those colors, they are light pink/rose, nothing about the shoes is optic white besides the sole. Other than the color, the shoes are great.

not sized properly, I've got 4 other pairs of CH, all 9.5 that fit perfectly. I couldn't even get my foot in these and could not return due to ALL SALES FINAL. I guess I'll go back to Ecco....

When I purchased this shoe online, the description listed it as being Optic white. Not for sure what they call optic white but when I received the shoes they appeared to be salmon/pinkish. I bought them for an all white affair and as you could imagine, they were not a fit. I am a loyal Cole Haan customer and the first time the description was not on point.

Great looking shoe but it ran small. I don't know if it was a mauf defect because all other 5 pair that recently purchased fit perfect.

Have previously bought 2 pairs of Zero Grand men's shoe & they are Great !! However, This model is sub=par in construction with ZER0 support or cushioning. The shoelaces are so low grade they won't stay knotted. Hoping I can return them for a credit.

The sizing is wildly irregular.

The shoes are too tight, and you will not allow me to return them

Shoes look great feel fine but must wear socks since the back of your feet will get ripped up

The magnet ironstone color has a gray sole and not white and it's much darker than in the pictures as well. The sizing issue is also very true, normally I wear a 10.5 and with cole haan its a 9.5.

They are comfortable shoes but the way the back is designed be prepared to get the worst blisters on your Achilles tendon

They aren't white more like PINK?

very poorly made with poor materials.

Needs to be broken in before worn for longer periods of time. No other Coke Haan shoes have done this before.

Material loop on heel is extremely stiff and causing blisters with little west time

too small - why doesn't cole haan use the same size last for all it's models? The other shoe model I bought in this same size fit well.
