The excitement before I received was 100% but after opening, dissappointment followed. Wrong item was sent to me

There is nothing wrong with the trainers, but customer service is very poor. Trainers come up small in size. I bought them as a gift for my son, but he needed a larger size. I was told that there was no extended Christmas return period, so we are unable to either exchange or get refunded for them. We are now stuck with brand new unworn trainers, still boxed. Never to be worn. Very disappointed.

This model is very uncomfortable. I love the Ultraboosts but the Pureboosts are totally unwearable. I don't have the original packaging that the shoe box was shipped in because it was a xmas gift so adidas will not accept a return. This is why I don't like to buy shoes online. you just don't know what they feel like until you try them on and you might get stuck with them. I'm really disappointed.

When returned to adidas with a fault I was then told they didn't warrant a return (after being told to buy a new pair) so now have a pair of faulty shoes & a pair I didn't want to buy. Having spoken to customer service they seem to think this is ok. The poorest experience I've ever had buying anything.

Shoes are too narrow and feel uncomfortable since I used it can't return, will go offline for better running shoes next time
