My feet would hurt so bad but when you go home and put them on so soft and they lokk so good.But if you wear a ten regular order a nine regular . Unless you are wide your regular size would be good

Honestly, you can never go wrong with some adidas slides. I love the all black color and super comfortable. I would size down. I usually am a size 7 women's in sneakers and they were a bit wide and big on me. I think a 6 would have fit better. But overall I am satisfied with my purchase and would totally recommend.
