Hope new size fits better. It's been 2 weeks since return and still waiting for new size to arrive

It is suggested you size down by a half size, however, these are listed in MEN'S SIZES! Even if you go to the Women's Slides & Sandals section, you will be brought to a product in men's sizes where there is no indication of what size to order for women. I ordered slides for my family and 3 of the 5 pairs are too big. I have contacted Customer Care 3 times and I have only been offered exchange or return even though I was sent products where the sizes were misadvertised and I should be refunded.

I bought this slides (Core Black) for my husband. We always leave our slides in our backyard patio. After 2 days, the left slides looked like it melted or got run over my a heavy machine. Contacted adidas and they were gracious to do an exchange. They shipped a new pair as soon as I dropped off the damaged pair at FedEx. Got the second pair very quickly. We put the slides on the patio but made sure it's away from the big items. My husband said this new pair seems stiffer than the first pair, so I'm guessing it's a different batch. However after 3 days, the same thing happened. One slides looks melted and hours later the other slides looking to be melted too. Must me quality issue of the material that's used (recycle?). I'm surprised I didn't see other reviewers mentioned this. I can't be the only one experiencing this. Very disappointed!! I really wanted this to work out.

Too big and no replacement sizes. Good luck trying to reach on phone line.

To preface, I have the black color in these and have wanted the grey for a while. When they came in, I tried them on and they are length-wise, the same size as my black pair, but the strap is looser and less foot fitting. I couldn't return these when they came in, as there was no function available, so I'm stuck with these weirdly sized slides.

I liked them but ordered the wrong size. I need to exchange and get a smaller pair

Okay, so there's US sizing and there's UK sizing. Someone messed up here and put the two together, size 9 US is the same as 9 UK. Super big. Sales reps aren't helpful either.

save your money. this one ripped at the heel part after using it for two days for less than an hour each day. very disappointed and adidas won't give replacement. i have to return it and wait for refund.

Very uncomfortable. Customer service is awful as well

I own several pairs of adidas slides. These seem large and wide and front part of top is too small and causing blisters after one wearing . I would return them if I had not worn them. Still like almost all of your shoes, slides and apparel.
