I have always worn the Nimbus so I was super excited to see how the 22 edition would compare. If I am honest first thoughts were it looked quite clumpy and I was worried they feel too heavy, I was wrong, the new edition is so light and bouncy. Once again the Nimbus is the number one long distance, cushioned neutral shoe on the market.

I have been buying this shoe for years. I love this shoe my first pair was the multi color and was also my favorite and most comfortable one as well!!! BUT this last pair I bought I was not very happy with.. there wasn't hardly any cushion in them, I don't know if you didn't put enough gel in them to make lighter or what but they were not soft and did not last as long. I need the gel desperately bc I run on a foot that used to be broken and the gel is my major comfort!!!

I've never run in Nimbus before, and this was a pleasant surprise. Ran in them during my longest run in a while and I kind of fell in love, they are without a doubt my new favourites. I sometimes feel a bit of pain under the foot when I go for longer runs, but not this time, so I'm guessing it's because of the shoes. Cushioning is great and gives lots of support, but the shoe still feels really light. Would recommend these!

I love this line of shoes! Nimbus is always a good idea for long runs! This shoe is really fitted to the foot, and comfortable. Nimbus22 isn't heavy and massive! So lightness and cushioning is the second name of new Nimbus22! I'm really happy that I can run in this perfect shoes!

I'm a big fan of the Nimbus series. Once again I'm very satisfied. Comfort, perfect fit of the foot to the shoe, beautiful colors. The shoe is lighter, less massive than the previous version, but this doesn't change the ideal amortization that GEL technology provides.

I love how these look. They are perfect but need more color choices! Please put more out soon. I love Nimbus mid foot support and use them for aerobics and Zumba. Been wearing for years.

I had gel nimbus from years ago and they were awesome. These are not as good, but they aren't terrible.
I was hoping they were the same design.

Gel-Nimbus is my favorite model, have been buying for years. In reading the reviews, seemed like the newer models were running narrow so I opted for wide. Well, they are wide. I will still use them, but next time will not order wide.

Very comfortable shoes and this is the 4th pairs Gel-Nimbus 22 I bought. The only issue is there is hole after wearing for 6-9 month. I wear 3-4 times a week, walking 6500-7500 steps each time. I wish the quality could be improved.

Asics have been my go-to shoe for a few years now. They all seem to run about a 1/2 size smaller, at least in length. But I haven't found anything else with as much comfort, especially for my narrow feet and high arches.

I normally wear a size 8 in ASICS. The toe box in the 8 puts pressure on my great toe, the 8.5 is too sloppy on my foot. The cushion and support is good.

Size Up! My husband only wears ASICS shoes and he’s normally a size 9.5. We bought and returned size 9.5, 10, and finally kept size 10.5. Love the color and comfort but the sizing is way off.

I've been wearing ASICS shoes for roughly eight plus years and used to love them because of their generous toe box and fantastic cushioning. Then the toe boxes got narrower, and even worse, the cushioning got stiffer. I stuck with the Gel Nimbus, though, because it was still the best among the other styles and brands. The pandemic has caused my feet to get longer and broader, and so I finally switched to the "Wide" shoe. It is definitely more comfortable in the toe box, but the cushioning continues to be stiff. Where is the GEL??? My other final gripe is that the "Wide" shoe is not that much wider than the current "Normal" width shoe. The reason for the "4" is -- as I mentioned earlier -- it still seems to be closest in fit and comfort for me than any other shoe out there for my workout regimen (which runs the gamut from weights to Zumba to Kickboxing).

This is the second pair I've ordered in the past 6 months. It's a good show. They had good reviews for marathon training and didn't appear to be too heavy for the race (as a first time marathon runner). Both pairs had different issues with comfort at first but were good once you broke them in. If you have trouble with rubbing at the top of the shoe near the tongue, don't pull the tongue up so high and it corrected my issue right away. Note: this color is very striped in appearance when you get it.

This shoe is very light on my feet. Comfortable on my feet all day at work. However, the sides on the shoes are cumbersome when putting on. I am afraid the sides will break down sooner than expected but time will tell.

These shoes are really lightweight and comfortable. I did replace the insoles with specialized ones for my own feet, but they fit great! I work on my feet all day and found that I don't feel sore after work. I was surprised that the top toe part was air-y rather than a solid covering. I hadn't noticed that until my feet got really wet walking in some wet grass one morning. Then I discovered the screen/mesh type top and the holes. The top keeps my feet from sweating at work, but also lets in the morning dew from the grass. I'd still purchase them again.

Has plenty of padding unlike most running shoes. Using the Nimbus I am unable to feel the texture of the road beneath my feet. The shoe is heavier. It the extra cushion reduces my common aches while running.

I have an old pair of these that I love and have worn daily for 3 years of retail and college. Bought these to replace them. These are not what I would call "maximum cushion" but they are decent shoes.

I've been getting Asics since the Nimbus 11's or so - I know each time my size fits and I can run in the shoes that very day without any sort of blisters/feet pain. I have noticed the quality seems a bit less over the years? I purchased these same shoes in a different color back in November 2020, and I certainly don't run as much as I used to (~10 miles a week now vs 20+ a week back in the day) and I feel they wore down much quicker, got a hole by the pinky-toe area and the bottoms wore down. I only wear them for running, so not everyday walking/wear-and-tear. I'm sure I'll continue purchasing them for years to come, but, might be keeping a closer eye on how long I can wear a pair.

Comfortable with ample cushions. Don't like the design of the flared sole back and front make your feet look big.
