Love these shoes. Light and very well cushioned.
Slightly narrow across the toes: I needed to size up 1-1.5 from my regular shoe size. I'm normally a size 6 (sometimes 6.5) and need a 7.5 in these, 7 was too tight and my toes rubbed together. This does make them feel just a little long, but they're still the best shoes I've had in ages.

Suffer from shin splints and these have made a huge difference! Usually a size UK 6 but got a UK 7 instead.

My doctor recommended the Asics brand & I looked up which ones were suggested for plantar fasciitis & the Gel Nimbus 22 came up. These shoes offer cushioning & support as well as reduced my pain by a great deal. Highly recommend!

I love ASICS and have ordered them for years. I’m not a runner, but they have always been great for my feet. There are so many different styles with ASICS and it was tough to figure out what I would like. For the most part, these are excellent. And for someone with plantar fasciitis in both feet, the gel cushioning is amazing. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is the color was not my favorite. I couldn’t tell very well online. I pondered keeping them for a few days, but ultimately, ordered another pair and I’m going with them.
Thank you Zappos again to letting me order and return to find the right shoe!
