Great shoe for my F45 workouts combo of cardio and lifting. I feel really stable doing the exercises. They are just slightly longer in but I wouldn't size down. I wear a size 8 and have wider feet so these are perfect for me.

Fits great! I feel more stable when doing weight training. Helps me a lot since I'm just starting out. Definitely Recommend! I will say everyone is right to say order a half size down. Normally a size 9 in women's and I ordered the 8.5 and it fit perfectly.

My favorite cross trainer. I tried a version of the Nanos several years ago and didn't like them. This is totally different. Nice toe box wide for my moderately wide feet, and great arch support for my high arches. Went down a half size from my usual 6.5M and it was perfect.

Love the heel for lifts. Definitiely half size down from your ususal size.

They help keep me stable and glued to the ground while weight training. Not great for running though. My toes go numb.

This is a great cross trainer. I was looking for a shoe that held my foot in place during horizontal movement, had a large toe area and held without sliding for forward movement, plus held my heel in place without being too high. This shoe does all of that. The only thing I noticed was the tongue was a little long and rough on the underside against my skin. I was worried about that but after a couple of wears it conformed to my foot. Lots of people indicated the size was large but I didn't find that to be the case. Perfect for my long toes
