Given that this shoe is not as comfy as the X's for rope ascends that was the only issue I experienced because of the solid lower layer beneath the arc of your feet dedicated to weightlifting. Still, as you may know, if you are a crossfitter you don't train rope ascends every single day, so I gave them a 5-star rating giving the overall experience in a CrossFit gym (weightlifting, sled push, jump ropes, lunges, running 800 mts., etc.). The given price for this shoe makes them the best cost: benefit product for your everyday training shoe. Please lower your size by half...

Perfect fit and very comfortable at lifting and also running

Coming from purely a running shoe in the gym. These are so much better when handling weights. More stable under foot. I did run 3 miles in them and my feet weren't thrilled but that's not what they are for I guess.

This were my first pair of Nano shoes and I get all the hype. They're such a comfortable and versatile show with incredible support. The sole is flat, but not too stiff to prevent your from running. Also it has a ton of grip for agility work

Really comfortable, worn to CrossFit workout then kept them on all weekend out and about shopping and running around. Straight out of the box with no need to wear in; no rubbing or blisters whatsoever. Excellent fit.

Used for crossfit and are great for lifting, running and all other aspects

very comfy, fit well without unnecessary movement despite buying the same size being a good half size bigger than my previous Nanos.

Really happy with these shoes. I do circit training and bootcamp outside on astroturf in all weathers 4 times a week and the shoes are perfect for this sort of training. Very comfortable and good grippy sole. Colour is very bright which I like.
