I was so excited to have been notified by email these shoes were now available in my size….but I was so disappointed that the shoes obviously were midsized! When they arrived they were very small & narrow! I could tell the minute I pulled them out of the box - I wear a 9.5 wide & have for years - I normally wear Clark’s shoes very well, but these were about a 9 medium!!!! Very disappointing,
I think the shoe is a great looking shoe and I would love to have them in the correct size! Looks like the shoe was a sell out, that’s why I think the shoes I received were mis-sizes….
I love Zappos & the convenience of shopping at home, wonderful customer service! I tell everyone I know about shopping at Zappos!!!!!
