These boots are nice looking and good quality. Be sure to size up at least a half size. They're a little snug in the width too.

These boots are beautiful, and are well made. Unfortunately, they run very small and I have to return them. Probably won't exchange as I need a little bit wider toe box.

A little bit big in the ankle, but length and width true to size. A bit hard on bottom. I am returning because it looks a bit too masculine on me.

Agree with other reviewers. Tight on the toe. I usually wear 5.5-6.5. The 6 felt tight all over, 6.5 was a better fit everywhere except still tight on the toe. They were also a littler hard to get on/off compared to other chelsea boots I have...

These seem a little long for the size comfortable for me even though there is very little arch support and the sole is stiff. For the price I think the quality is really good.

I liked the color and style of these shoes. I had no trouble getting them on or off. I like the way they looked with jeans. But, they are tight across the toe box area. The left shoe in particular was very tight against the side of my foot below my toes. I tried wearing around the house for a couple days to see if they would loosen up. They did a little. But in the end I decided I didn't want to pay almost $50 for a pair of boots I was not sure would be comfortable if I wore to work all day. The rubbing on the side of my foot was just not worth it. I wear a 6.5 and that is what I ordered.

I ordered a 8.5 in this boot and I received a 7.5. The wrong size boots were in the 8.5 box.

Did not fit at all. Would order a half size larger. Toe bed really narrow. Liked the look-but back they go

Boot arrived damaged as the tab was off.

This is an attractive pair of booties & I really like them, but my right ankle was bruised where the elastic joins the leather. I'll donate them.

I am usually 9.5 so I took a chance and it worked out. However on day 4 of putting these on, I pulled on the tab at the back of the boot to pull it on and it tore off(!!!) so these are cheaply made for sure. Luckily they were on a big discount sale but I wouldn't recommend buying these at full price, there's probably better brands.

The wide fit is not at all wide. I kept checking and rechecking the box to see if they made a mistake. The arch support is fine but there's no cushion for the ball of the foot. I tried both with and without orthotics. When you put in an orthotic, it makes the boot feel too tight on top. (These are standard storebought orthotics that I've used in dozens of shoes.)

The boots are labeled "chestnut" but are actually dark "chocolate" brown. The item pictured is much lighter than in reality.

These are really cute but just a bit too tight in the forefront of my foot even with thin socks. Wish they were a tiny bit wider!

Super cute bootie. Super nice quality. HOWEVER.....not sure what it is with Steve Madden products, but for some reason the toe box is ALWAYS way too "short" meaning from the top of the underside of the toe to the sole bottom. It's like your toes are squished in there like sardines and I actually have a AA foot! The rest of the shoe fits perfectly and I found it comfortable albeit stiff - which I assume would work its way out after wearing for a while. It is very disappointing because I love the styles of so many Steve Madden shoes, but just cannot wear them due to the extreme discomfort. Come on Steve Madden designers....a little help with the toebox height, PLEASE :) !! I'm only willing to go so far when it comes to suffering for fashion...LOL.

These shoes fit ok but they were very stiff and not at all comfortable.

These were not as well fitting as I hoped they'd be. They also look like rubber, not leather.

Extremely stiff and tight. I bought my regular size and the shoes felt narrower and shorter than usual.

This boot is heavy and the suede feels cheap, good brown color though and sole, but a heavy boot on your foot!
