I purchased the same size shoe (43) that I have always worn in FootJoy (and most other brands). They felt comfortable but after wearing them for a round of golf it was apparent that toe cap lining creates a gold in the upper which rubbed on the top of my toes and abraded the skin making it bleed. Most of the flexion in the sole is forward of the ball of the foot which coincides with the toe reinforcement.

I currently wear Pro SL's but at least one of the pairs needs to be replaced for the upcoming season. Ordered the new Fuel as soon as they were available at $100 cheaper than the Pro SL, I was hoping to save some $$. Liked the design, liked the sole (tho I couldn't try it yet) and liked the light weight. BUT I found the ankle collar too high, such that it dug into my ankle bone. I measured my Pro SL's and sure enough the Fuel collar is about 1/4" or 3/8" taller (when measured from inside the footbed). Had to return them.

The shoe was well made, however i ordered wide and unfortunately they weren't wide enough. After 6 holes my feet were killing me. I wound up gifting them to a friend who loves them.

I ordered the size and width based on a pair of footjoys I have and love but these are a lot more narrow. Bought on sale so the price was nice, but these are going to kill my feet. I will definitely never wear these on a walking round. I hope they break in over time

Look nice, but I wished I would have shopped around more as the ashore is not very comfortable.

The fit of my 11.5 narrow is fine but the shoe makes a flopping sound as I walk. The noise is very distracting. What is the solution?

I usually wear the FJ sneaker style shoe in an 11 x-wide. I did a chat with an FJ customer service rep to see if an 11 x-wide size in the FUEL would fit the same. He said it would. The shoe was more like an 11 1/2 and my heel slipped out. I ended up returning them.

I wear size 11 in all shoes. I ordered an 11 way big so I ordered a 101/2 still big, I don't like the pain it is to return so I'll not be ordering shoes I can't try on first. If you have a spare pair of 10's around you could send them in my direction.

Stiff material and no joy for my feet, Cant walk to shops never mind a round of golf.

I got these shoes last winter and they barely lasted more than four months. I do tend to golf/go to the range 4 to 5 times a week, but I have never had a pair of golf shoes not last at least an entire northern Canadian season. I was pretty disappointed. The leather eyelets for the laces broke on both pairs.

Looks great, improperly sized. These are HUGE

This order of FootJoy golf shoes are to be worn during many rounds of golf, hopefully. They were purchased by my spouse as a Christmas gift.

I really want to like these shoes. They are great looking and feel alright, but the toe is way too narrow. I cannot wear these for more than 9 holes without numbing pain in my pinky toe. When I tried these on at Dicks sporting goods, they felt fine. But once on the course, and going up and down hills, then throbbing pain for the narrow toes make them unwearable. And since I wore them outside, I can't return them. What a waste. Got a 10.5, wish I'd have gone with an 11 or 11.5

Fit perfectly, great foot support, walked 18 holes with no blisters. Love FootJoys!

Inside back by Achilles part of the shoe is wearing down and is worn out only after a couple of months of use. I would expect better from FootJoy.

Not enough cushion, uncomfortable. "Plastic exterior look and feel. Returned.

These are just ok the material is somewhat hard and less flexible plastic. While being very light and supportive, just not sure how flexible these with become after multiple wearing.

This is a FJ new shoe and I wouldn't buy. I am glad I tried them on at Dicks instead of buying online bc they look really nice. That's all they are though. Sizing is a little big but not too off, but the shoe is very uncomfortable and looks cheaply made at further examination. With it digging into your calcaneus bone I couldn't imagine walking 18 in them. FJ you are better then this

Cheap and terrible fitting. It felt like fake leather upper and was not comfortable at all! Immediately returned. Will say the return process was simple l, but will not be purchasing Footjoy any longer. Their quality has gone down-hill and no longer are worth the amount they charge.

One of the eyeholes for the laces has ripped. These shoes were purchased in July 2023 and worn about a dozen times.

Been using Foot Joys for years and always enjoyed both the fit and feel. However purchased a pair of the model Fuel and ran into a problem with the quality. First pair leaked after a round. These were replaced with a second pair of the Fuel,and again after 18 holes wet shocks. Not sure what to do next

Wore these shoes in a rainstorm, 3 months old, and my feet got absolutely soaked. Not really waterproof. Worst thing was when I dried them out they really smelled bad! Couldn't get the smell out of them even with loads of foot spray. We were on a golf trip and the other guys didn't want me to put them in the car they smelled so bad. Plastic uppers, kind of odd, but I think that contributed to the smell. Real issue far from waterproof.

I've been a Footjoy/Titleist customer for as long as I can remember. I have always loved the way their shoes have fit and been happy with the durability. I needed a new pair of shoes and after reading the reviews on this shoe I was convinced this was the shoe for me. When they arrived they looked great and when I tried them on they seemed a little bit tight, but the were new so I packed them up with my clubs and went on a trip to FL with the boys. 8 holes into my first round my right shoe felt a bit loose. I looked down and was very surprised to see the eyelets had torn from their stitching. As an FYI, I did order a wide and these don't come in extra wide. Buyer beware if you have a wide foot

Had 3 pairs of footjoy shoes, both the other pairs have been brilliant and very comfortable. These lasted all of 8 rounds of golf before the backs gave away and became unwearable. Same size as all others Iv had. Shame as I always thought footjoy as being the best for golf footwear.
