The shoes said wide but are not really made like a good wide shoes. Would not recommend for fat feet

I brought this shoes for myself and I normally wear women 8.5w and boys 7w I ordered 7 extra wide and when I got it . It's looks like size 9 unfortunately I have to return it. I love the shoes it looks very nice, but I have to return it.

I've been a loyal customer of New Balance shoes for decades. I always purchased shoes in stores prior to this and a previous order. I just ordered this shoe. It looks nice. I sincerely hope it is of a better quality than a shoe made of similar material of my previous order. That shoe almost immediately began unraveling on the crease when making a step. This is it. I understand the concept of "planned obsolescence," but there is zero excuse for have a shoe that starts falling apart less than 2 weeks after a purchase. I'm only giving a rating of 3 stars because I hope this shoe will be high quality, yet knowing what happened before. I giving New Balance the balance of the doubt in this case. I hope it's not misplaced.

Purchased the lace up version for my son for school. He wore them on the first day of school and the shoes started falling apart after ONE wear. Contacted NB: solution was to send them back and reorder. Second pair arrived, they were worn to school, and again my son returned with shoes falling apart. I will be returning these as well. This is so disappointing. I cannot keep buying shoe after shoe and waiting for refunds. Unfortunately my son wears wide/x-wide so shopping in store isn't an option. Also why does shipping take so long?!?? NB was once a reputable company. You have to do better for your customers. Sincerely a really annoyed mom.

Seems like a decent shoe and fits his wide feet well, but after wearing for only 3 weeks the clear reinforcement around the toes is already separating from the black mesh fabric underneath. Very disappointing for only 3 weeks of use.

first, the quality of these sneakers is very poor, the front part came off after a few days of wearing, then when I called the costumer service, the person working there was slow, rude and unprofessional, he/she did not know can I return shoes in store or not. Very poorly educated worker for such a big brand like New Balance! I wasted 30 min on waiting and ended up with no answer!
