My kids have gone through almost every size in these. The only major flaw is that the velcro loses it's hold long before the rest of the shoe wears out. NB should really put a little more in to the quality of the velcro so that it holds up longer.

I'm a podiatrist and wanted my 4.5yo son to wear a supportive pair of athletic shoes instead of the flexible flimsy Nike's, adidas, etc. But also wanted the style of the Nike's. My son picked these out and I never heard one complaint from him about them. He found them very comfortable and didn't have any pinching to the toes. And they were easy for him to get on and off by himself. The main downside and why I only gave it 4 stars was that the velcro wore out and the strap won't stay closed. It's not a problem with lint or fuzzies getting stuck in the hook side of the velcro. The fuzzy size became too smooth so won't allow the plastic hooks to stay latched on. Lasted about 5 months of him wearing them all day every day.

Great shoe. My toddler loves them and they’re light and seem to support his arch fairly well. The toe rubber separated within two months. A little annoying. I hate when shoes do that and it triggers my childhood memory of having to wear shoes with the rubber flap hanging off the front. Embarrassing. They should last longer than that. Generally have liked most NB shoes for our kids but this pair was awesome until it started to fall apart.

Toddler 7.5 feels like toddler 6.

My son loves them and they fit him well but after only one month of wearing them, the Velcro has completely lost its grip and the sneaker keeps opening. My son is an active 3.5 year like any normal kid his age so it’s disappointing that after such a short period of wearing them they already need to be replaced…

The shoes are great except there is not much difference in size between the Toddler 5, 5.5 or the 6 sizes. I have had to return 3 pairs of these shoes since none of the sizes fit.

Velcro wore out in 2mo. The shoes still fit but do not stay on without the Velcro securing them!
