Super comfortable. Not sure why there is an adjustable strap ON TOP of the croc. The shoe runs small, so be careful of sizing. I wear an athletic shoe in 11 and the 11 croc, my toe touches the end (a little crowded). I am excited to use this at work, I can wash and autoclave the shoe.
