I received these shoes and as soon as i took them out of the bag I noticed that one of the laces had no beads. No big deal. I figured I would get some at a craft store. I couldn't find any that matched so I asked if Hey Dude could send them to me. They wanted pictures of both shoes from every angle. I explained that I just received the shoes the day before and I tried getting g beads. That's all I wanted. I wasn't looking for new shoes. I ended up just taking the beads off of the shoes. Really not a big deal. I just wish the company would have checked the shoes before they shipped them instead of asking me to do their job for them.

Great comfort and look but disappointed because I ordered a size 9 womens like I do with my other Hey Dude shoes. This particular model (Wendy - Natural) is loose on my foot and is bigger than my other Hey Dude shoes even though they are the same size. Bummer as I couldnt wait for these to come in the mail.

Nice style but size not true

WAY too big. In a perfect world i am a size 6.5 wide but i order 7s when not available. The size 7 was more like a size 8. I could fit my whole hand around my heel while wearing them.

I usually love Hey Dudes, but these ones have a very loose fit and I cant wear them like that.

Overpriced, no support

I originally ordered these in a size 5 as a Christmas present and received a size 8 instead, so i tried to exchange them and when they came back in they sent another size 8! i emailed the company several times and never got a response and don't even have the option to exchange anymore

Will not stayed tighten up.

I LOVE Hey Dudes, but I have a small foot, and they run big (about 2 sizes) from US sizes. I am only 4'9 an normally wear a size 5. I can wear a kids size 3. I really wish they made a smaller women's shoes. The kids shoes are cute, but they are kids style. There are4pair in women's that I would buy right now if they had them to fit me. So disappointing. I guess I will be finding a different brands shoes.

this pair is my least favorite. i have 13 pairs all the same size. and this pair and another pair fit very very tight on the top arch.

I have many others the same size but this pair is too big and wide.

These are cute. But seem to fit very loose. They came already dirty but I just kept them. Cant wait to try the cork insoles this summer

The shoes are white on top and had a black spot on them when they arrived. I've returned for an exchange but can't seem to get an update on the status.

Too big 1/2 size up and 1/2 size down so gave up, loved that I could ship back easily with label emailed and just had to drop packages off at FedEx no charge to ship back
