Got these for my (almost) 2 year old daughter, along with some baby shark jibbitz. She never wants to take them off! They're a little roomy, which is good so she can wear them for a while.

I wasn't sure which Croc size would fit my kid who is exactly an 8 when measured. They seem to run big and size 8 gives room to grow but 9's were way to big.
