Great gift BUT suggest to order one size up. They tend to run small

Strap too short to pull over heels

They run super small and I need to return them, how can I go about doing that?

Size up with these! So sad my daughter can't use them now.

These are cute and the glitter is kind of staying on. There are mini patches coming off but they seem to be doing alright compared to the other shoes I bought! My daughter likes how warm they are on cool fall mornings!

The glitter comes off so it's been a constant struggle of vacuuming and swiffering the floor because of the glitter. Aside from that, my daughter loves the look and feel.

They are ok

Very cute and comfy, but they leave glitter EVERYWHERE.

It's not the product itself, it's the return/exchange policy. These ruin small- size up from the size your child currently wears

They were way small to be the size I ordered, likely due to the lining. I am disappointed that crocs does not do exchanges. Make sure to order a size up when getting this product.

Shoe runs small.

BEAUTIFUL CROC BUT UNFORTUNATELY DID NOT FIT MY GRANDDAUGHTER, THEY WERE A CHRISTMAS PRESENT BUT UNFORTUNATELY DO NOT HAVE HER SIZE NOW. ALSO, DON'T GET ATTACHED TO THE GLITTER FALLS OFF ALL TOO EASY. ALSO, DEFINITELY SIZE UP BECAUSE OF THE FUR.

Right size but to tight.

They look cheap and were returned, looks a child threw glitter and glue on them and it was a craft job.

These are so cute but unfortunately too tight due to the fur. We even tried to size up, but both sizes were too tight on the top of the foot.

PURCHASED THESE FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER FOR CHRISTMAS, NEEDLESS TO SAY THEY WERE TOO SMALL ( SIZE UP BECAUSE OF FUR BEDDING) & THE GLITTER FALLS OFF ALL TOO WELL.

Great shoe but glitter is all over my house!! The glitter is great but it falls off so easily I wish I had a different pair so my kid could wear them in the house.

I wish I had not purchased these shoes. My little granddaughter loves crocs but the glitter was rubbed off within a week and now they look like she's worn them for years. She only wore them to preschool. I paid almost $50 for these shoes. The glittery material should not be used on kids shoes.
