The glitter has already flaked off after less than one month of wear

After only having the crocs for a month, the glitter coating is peeling off. Our family loves crocs and we wear them all the time, but this was just a disappointment.

AWFUL Bought these Crocs for my granddaughter & she wore them 1 time & the glitter came off! Tried to exchange them for a different shoe & because the call center is in the Philippines there is an obvious language barrier. What should have been resolved in a 10-15 minute phone conversation, took an hour & 10 minutes?! The shoe I exchanged it for was less expensive, when I brought up the price difference, I was told that the order had already been placed & was offered a 15% discount on a future order. I explained that wasn't acceptable & then was offered 20%?! Failure to communicate! At this point I told her to cancel the exchange order & give me a full refund. She said, because she already placed the order it could not be canceled. Lo & behold when I asked to speak to a manager the order got canceled (never did speak w/a supervisor!). Well, it only gets better with being run around, i get an email stating that Crocs will refund the price off the shoes. But, not the jibbitz because the only defective merchandise was the shoes (see pic of email) & I would have kept the charms if the call center could have handled a simple exchange. I have been a Crocs customer for decades coming from Colorado, my sons wear them & now the 3rd generation (4 granddaughters) are wearing them too. I need to replace my 2 pair. I even tried to call corporate in CO & guess what my call was rerouted to the Philippines?!?! I will never, ever do Any Business with Crocs again EVER!

These run very weird. I'm an adult but have a size 5.5 foot and the J4 didn't even fit like the usually do, it was like 2 sizes too large. They're also very large on the sides too. Also not to mention it took forever to even get these delivered and foreverr to get my refund after returning them in store.

Paid full price as my daughter needed the sparkle crocs. She spilled water on them and the sparkles immediately started peeeling off. Horrible product

Do not purchase...glitter coating comes off within 2 weeks of purchase. Not satisfied at all with this CROC purchase.

I'm not sure if they changed the manufacturing, but I bought 5 new pairs of crocs for my 5 kids, and ALL of the new crocs give them blisters! They refuse to wear them. Shame. I've been buying them crocs every summer since my 8 year old started to walk..need to find something new now

I have no had a problem with any of my Crocs except this pair. Mt daughter got as a gift for her 4th birthday and the 2nd day of use the glitter started peeling off them. She has had glitter ones prior that did not peel at all.

They feel apart like I never saw crocs do In one week the shoe was tearing holes on the same sides

The glitter immediately fell off upon the first wear. They were replaced by crocs wonderful customer service but then the replacement pair did the same thing unfortunately.

Strap broke within 2 weeks

The glitter on these peeled almost immediately. Crocs is sending another pair, but I suspect I'll find the same issue and will then ask for something different. I have purchased three prior pair and didn't have this issue. The glitter crocs have declined in quality. Do not recommend.

My daughter wanted these shoes to "fit in" with her class. She wore these once and the glitter is already coming off. And it's not just a little, it's a lot. It looks bad and was a waste of money. Disappointed that these shoes are so expensive and after ONE wear, the glitter came off.

The spot where the heal strap connects to the clog sliced and now the heal strap does not stay in place. My son had these for less than a month and they were not his primary shoes. Minimal times worn.

They broke in the front the 2nd time he wore them.

these came apart within 2 months. purchased 5/8 got them on 5/10/23 its 7/8 and the account says I cannot return even though we are in the 90 day return period. And customer service is a joke to get ahold of. both straps ripped out. and my son just wears them to the store and out about. nothing harsh.

I was so disappointed with the quality of the shoe. My daughter wore them a few times and all the glitter has fallen off leaving the shoe look dull and faded! She's heartbroken she loved the glitter.

This negative review is for this glitter style only. Worn only a few times, very light use, before glitter coat started peeling so stopped wearing. My child has had many Crocs, this was the first very disappointing one. I feel they should have stopped selling this glitter style, if wanted to sell the remaining inventory it should have been marked down as clearly on an as-is possibly imperfect, discontinued lot basis. From the other reviews, the problem is common enough to be unacceptable for pretty pricey child's shoes. I usually buy the next size for my child's a few month ahead of when I think it'll be needed so it's outside the return period by the time they wear it.

The name of this product starts with the words "Kids.'" It should start with the word "toddler." The sizes on Crocs need to be corrected. I have a kid (age 9), but his Croc size is "adult." It's absolutely ridiculous and I will never purchase another pair.

This product was bigger than the adult size clog.I also had problem in the exchange process. The local store charge me additional $10 because they only carried up to a certain size in kids. But the size that was needs came in adult size so I ended up paying the difference.
