Customer service sucked - I went to EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE NOT RETURN - and they said tough luck! I had to keep that pair and order another and the only reason I did was because it was for my grandson.

My son is size J5. Because of the lining, I ordered one size up and it is way too small. Not only the length but so tight on top of the feet, too. Had to return.

Runs small! Very fluffy. I ordered up A size but they were still too small.

The run super small with all the fluffy lining. I ordered up a size and it was not enough.

Ordered these for my granddaughter and learned the hard way to order two sizes bigger because of the lining. I also was told I could exchange them at Famoise Footwear, if they carries the same style. But that isn't true. I was told the skews are different and they have no knowledge of how to do it. She said they have had several people try and told me to let Crocs know that it doesn't work. But at least I was able to figure out the right size that I need.

Love these Crocs but they were too big so i sent them back.....actually I sent 2 pair back but got NO credit or REFUND for the second!!!

The shoes are great for my grandkids but too small. I think you should indicate that when fur lined, the shoes run small. We used your chart to measure and it was wrong for both of the kids.

Loved these but had to return because they ran 1-2 sizes too small got on sale and my local store that's 1 hour away from me said they didn't carry big kids sizes so I couldn't even try a J6 ended up going online and buying adult size w7 m5 in the classic lined crocs and they had a MUCH BETTER fit.

Nice quality but runs small so they did not fit. Definitely go up 1-2 sizes.

Unfortunately my daughter won't wear them due to the sewn in tag on the heal area :( They would be perfect if it wasn't for that. Sensory issues are a struggle for my daughter along with super sensitive feet prone to blisters. It's not easy finding shoes with soft lining. So bummed about the embedded tag :(

I have purchased two other pair of crocs for my nephew that fit exactly as expected. The fur lined crocs fit and look very different. They are much narrower and this fit tighter. I would go up a size.

Shoes arrived fine but where is the shoebox? It's too bad it didn't come with it for my kids to open for Christmas

Grandson loved his classic crocs snd wore them all the time so I thought these would be great with cooler weather - nope! Said they are too stiff! You can see they're constructed differently. Just something to know if you're thinking of these.

These were for my 10 year old grandson who is very active. However, this purchase and the previous purchase (by someone else) of Crocs the straps have broken. This is 2 pairs in a row. Also, I do not like that we had to order rather than purchasing a "J" size on-line rather than in our local Crocs store. It is inconvenient and orders aren't shipped quickly.

They were a gift didn't even come in a box and had no packing slip . You have to do better and delivery took forever. I had to text a message then finally got a answer back. It took way to long for the item to ship. If you need a gift better off going to the store

Size described was to small

Maybe because of the lining, the clog is narrower than the regular clog. It doesn't fit my son's high arch. returned.

We love our crocs, & this was our first time purchasing the ones with the fuzzy inside. My son hates socks so I figured these would be great especially with a weather getting colder. But since he doesn't wear socks, his sweaty feet have quickly turned the fuzzy to gross fuzzy and they smell. I May need to research if these can go in the washer lol.

These run very small, I got my kids their normal size and their feet and hanging out the back of them! They needed to wear them right away otherwise I would have tried to return them. Very disappointing and I wish I would have known to size up before spending that much money.
