too big - loved the styling wish they were smaller

I wanted to like these, but they are not quite what I was hoping for. Fit and quality seem a bit off. Left shoe was too loose. Arch support is not great.

leather was stiff - shoe big and wide but smaller size wouldn't have worked either so just returning.

Attractive. Very soft material. Gapped at the sides. Too flat for my feet.

I really love the design of the shoe but I ordered a narrow and it was still too wide. Normally Trotters fit pretty well so I was surprised at the width being too wide.

I ordered a size 9 Narrow, but a size 11 M was delivered. Very frustrating!

I couldn't believe this was a genuine Trotters shoe, of which I have many in 9N which is what I ordered. These had a huge gap on the sides and in the back on the heel. I couldn't take a step in them without stepping right out of the shoe. So, I am disappointed and sending them back, but grateful for Zappos return policy.

First the positive, lovely style and color, just what I was looking for. Serious fit problem for true 8N foot size. The "true to size" I only checked for the length. The fit was so sloppy my toe slid all the way to the tip with room enough to insert my thumb behind the heel and extra width along the sides of the foot. Felt very sloppy and no way would any inserts help. I was very disappointed because I have an old pair of Trotters pumps that 8N fit very well. Ordered the Trotters Danni and Dixie, had to return both for same reason.

I have bought Trotters in the past but these were wy too big.
