I ordered these in a wide and surprisingly, they were very wide! The shoes are well made, very soft leather. I did not keep them because they are very flat and I thought it would cause problems with my feet. I knew that going in but I was hopeful they would have good support, they really had none.

I have a 6.5ww foot, and most often find 7W that fit. I tried 3 different Trotters styles and found they fit small - but when I found the right size (7.5w or ww)… they are so comfortable - like walking in bare feet. These cheetah print ones have an elastic back so my heel won’t slip out when walking. The leather is so soft that the only descriptive term is “supple”!

Fit was perfect and look is great; I was very happy to get a nice looking shoe in extra wide. But, how the the shoe is made is a big disappointment. The stitching on the underside of the vamp protrudes; it is a heavy duty thread (possibly nylon like fishing line) and it scratches the top outside of my foot. It feels as if it could eventually cause a cut. I am returning.

I ordered a 8w and it fit well and has great cushioning in the ball of the foot and a soft heel. Loved it out of the box. Very cute for work with dress slacks and adds a little punch to the typical loafer.

Buy these shoes! They are very stylish and soft as melted butter. I have bunions and flat, wide feet and they still work just wonderfully. The sizing is generous so I purchased an 11 and 10.5. I put a thin insole in the larger size to keep my feet from slipping That did the trick. This may be one of Trotters best shoes.

These were Narrows that actually felt narrow and they have enough room in the front of the show. And they look great!

Love these shoes

Very attractive flats that I look forward to taking on a European trip this Spring for dressing-up my going out to dinner look. They will be comfortable enough for walking to the restaurants, and I am happy they will provide a bit of pizazz.

Love the style and color but te kiltie front was scratchy on my bare foot.

A really cute shoe that is super soft inside and out. Had to return because it runs small.

I really think the pair I received was mislabeled. I am always a size 8. There was easily 2 full inches between my heel and the back of the shoe when I tried them on. There's no way these shoes were a size 8 even though that is what was printed inside the shoe. Sadly, I'm returning them.

Definitely too small lengths-wise: size up half a size. In terms of fit and support, these are more like a ballet flat with fringe. They're cute, but IDK how these got categorized as loafers.

Returned - so long and pointy felt like I was wearing elf shoes.

Trotters must have a new manufacturer. These shoes are very large, even in a 10 Narrow. They are very soft, almost like slippers, and there is no support. On the plus side, if you need a very soft shoe and have wider feet, they might work. The style is attractive. Maybe good to have just for "dress up" ?

The shoe was too pointy and did not have enough room in the toe box so it pressed down on my toe nail. There was a huge gap at top of shoe where the foot goes in.

I would love to leave a real review on these shoes but the two times I attempted to order them I was sent the wrong size. And not just a half size off but two whole sizes off. One time I might understand but twice?
