comes larger than the indicated size. Should have gotten a large.

I absolutely love how cozy this hoodie is, it is amazing!

I like the hoodie but definitely being black it shows lint very easy. Even after lint brushing. It is a nice heavy hoodie.

It's a soft and comfy sweatshirt, and the colors look great. But it ran small compared to other 2x sweatshirts.

Great overall quality like most of their products, however, it shrank considerably after a wash cycle.

The fit was small. Normally order Tall sizes, but Tall wasn't available and ordered the big size instead. Sleeves were short, body was short. Not a good fit. Will order Tall size from now on. Sweatshirt quality is good. Make sure the correct size is ordered.

I got this Hoodie a few weeks ago, I have worn it 3 times and not even for full days and it's already going bobbly which is very disappointing. It's super soft and warm but already looks like it been worn lots and an old hoodie such a shame

Even though I washed and dried this hoodie according to instructions on the tag, it has shrunk! So disappointed because I love Ariat products

The lettering was peeling off and for the price was not happy

I have always bought Ariat products, and found them to be worth the price I paid for. However, I ordered a hoodie to wear when I go places (not for work) and after the first wash on a normal cycle, most of the Ariat writing on the sleeve came off. I took photos, you could tell the material was still new, and sent it in to their customer care center. I didn't hear back for over a month. I finally got an email saying that normal wear and tear, and abused care of the product was not covered under the warranty, and the case file was being closed. No questions were asked. Nothing. I wasn't looking for anything. But I was made to feel like I had this hoodie for months, and now was trying to get something for nothing. I have worked in a call center before, and if this had been me, I'd been called into the office. An automatic letter and making your customers feel like a scammer is not cool especially when your products ARE rather pricey. Not a good experience, at all.

I AM DONE WITH ARIAT. GREAT COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE 3 YEARS AGO. NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED BUT THEY DO NOT DERSERVE MY BUSIESS. SLOW ORDER PROCESSING, ORDERS ALWAYS GET DELAYED OR LOST. I AM RETURNING I ORDERED.

I never received my package and when i try to contact the company im in hold for over 30 minutes. The tracking info is wrong. The picture they delivered to was not my address

The only problem I had with this hoodie is when my friend dried it the pullovers shrunk. It's ruined now.

Package only showed with one sweatshirt. Cannot get them to answer phones, chat feature is disabled and email hasn't been returned. Had to give my wife a picture of the sweatshirt in hopes it will eventually show up.

Way too short. I am a little disappointed in how short this one is compared to other goodies I have gotten from Ariat in the past.

I ordered a couple of items over a week ago and only got one of them. Have sent emails have called multiple times still haven't gotten a call back on my order or what's going on with the rest of it.

Loved the feel, style and color but unfortunatly it shrank way too much and doesnt fit.

Hoodies appeared stretched out around bottom and proportioned incorrectly.
