A perfect rain jacket for Spring, Summer and Fall.

Great fit and feel

The color blue is very nice. Bought XL and it fits wells. Can layer u see it. Will be great for rainy weather especially when traveling.

Great jacket! Packs light, fits right with puff jacket and light shirt. Keeps the rain and the wind out while venting well. Looks good enough for date night

amazing color, you wont look like the rest of the coats that are just black or grey. This one is a very beautiful color. Its also nice and warm, water resistant and the hood will adjust to your head so that you adjust it to what fits best or you.

This lightweight rain jacket is ideal for that unexpected downpour and intermittent showers that are all too common in the Pacific Northwest.

This lightweight jacket repels the rain and is great either alone or over a vest or sweater. The pit zips is a nice option for regulating body temp.

I'm very happy with the quality of this shell jacket. The forest green color is well-represented by the photos. The feeling of the exterior fabric is pleasantly soft, but it still seems to be completely waterproof. I especially like the armpit zip option so you can air out moisture easily. I'm 6'2", 160 lbs, and the medium fits me perfectly -- enough room that I can fit an insulating layer underneath, but still form fitting enough that it looks good. The proportions seem well thought-out. The Velcro and zippers work well and feel sturdy. Would gladly buy it again.

Tried on a trip up to 10,000+ ft elevation. Wind was pretty strong (steady 40 mph with 50-60 mph gusts). Had the Earth Explorer Shell jacket on with all zippers pulled tight, and felt quite well-protected from the howling wind. The L-sized jacket fits me a bit long (I'm 5'7''), but felt that was good as it kept my core well protected even when I had my backpack on (whose waist buckle pulled it up a bit).

I am 5'7" and 175. I am normally between a medium and a large so I ordered both. The large was huge on me and the medium arms were to long and to narrow at the shoulder. It seems like the cut was for someone tall and thin. The poor fit at the shoulder seems to be an issue with other bands I tried on at REI that had pit zips. The quality looked very good but sizing and cut were off, at least for me.
