Fits well. Will break in comfortably.

Super cute and super comfy! If you’ve had the original zermatt, you will love these because they have a sole made for outside, too. My only drawback was I had issues removing the clear plastic sticker from the footbed. The show itself though is amazing!

Fit was perfect… a little stiff but breaking in nicely

I really like the way these shoes look, and they are relatively comfortable, but I may have to pry the inserts that came in them out and put something else more comfortable in it. The corkboard put supports in areas of my feet where it is very uncomfortable. I’m recovering from a broken metatarsal, so it was recommended that I get Birkenstocks, but I was not prepared for how uncomfortable that would feel during recovery. if they were not so expensive, I probably wouldn’t be so picky, but they are really nice shoes!

Comfy but a little big and not as much support as other styles.

bought to keep my toes warm in winter... extremely tight without socks... wouldn't fit with socks.

My feet love Birkenstock. When these shoes arrived I noticed that the left shoe is a bit smaller. I thought a few people were trying the right one before me. That’s ok, the shoes will get even some day. A day later I noticed that the color and the leather texture on them is slightly different. That’s ok, I thought, people have been trying on the right shoe too many times. A week or so later I began to hate them because even the insoles are different. I never experienced any Birkenstock to feel so different being in the same size and style. I wanted to like these shoes so much I didn’t keep the box… if I was smarter- I would order another pair and then mix match them. Now I can’t even return them because I kept to tags no box. Sad. Still giving them 4 stars.

I really liked the look of the Birkenstock Zermatt 365 shoes and have a number of Birkenstock shoes already. Unfortunately, these felt like they were going to slip off my feet after wearing them for a short time and I’m trying to avoid the gripping shoes with my toes situation. Maybe if the back piece were a little bit higher I wouldn’t feel that way and would have kept these.

This is a quality shoe with a wide toe box. The suede is amazingly soft. The fit is generous. However, there is a ridge under the toes that feels like you're stepping on a stick, bump, or rock. It feels weird and pushes your foot into the upper. Walking feels uncomfortable.

I got these in narrow. They are still quite new, and need some stretching breaking in due to being all leather upper. I found them to be a different kind of fit despite owning multiple pairs of Birkenstock. This is the first closed toe I have owned. My toes hit the seam a bit in toe box, but I can’t go size up that would be too big. Keeping them b/c it’s too late now sbd hope they wear in nicely. Hope this helps

Fits true to size but the toe box is really big and kinda goofy looking as some other reviews mentioned. Think Boston big despite how nice and svelte they look in stock photos. In that sense, they're not as stylish as expected but they are super comfortable. I tried them on at home and didn't want to take them off, the sole is really the star and has a great footbed. The toebar could be a bit more pronounced imo and the toe box slimmed down more. I'm not sure why the suede is so clown shoe looking vs the felt.

It appeared one shoe wad larger then the other

I slid around a lot in them… I think they were the right fit though because my heel had nowhere else to go. I assume that like with most Birkenstocks I eventually would wear them in and love them but didn’t want to invest the money to find out

These are very large. I should have ordered narrow, rather than regular, but narrow is very hard to find. The overall look is good. But I think I made a bad purchase that will end up being given away.

These could be cute if they didn’t make them feel as wide as they are long. I always buy narrow, but that wasn’t an option. They’re enormous in my regular size (and too small a size down). My foot slides around and I have to wear socks. They look like clown shoes and they’re so uncomfortable. I’ve work them a year and they still aren’t broken in. I really don’t like these.

The shoe was cutting on the top of my foot.

I was resigned to kind of having dumpy looking comfortable closed toe clog things for fall, but these were a fail for me. Even the narrow version is mega wide, and regardless of the length size, my foot is just slipping down cramming my toes in the front, so in theory I probably could have sized down a lot. It’s frustrating bc you don’t know these things until you’ve worn them a bit, so now I’m just stuck with them and they are not it. For the record, I’ve loved all of my other Birks!

Fit was off. Have purchased many pairs of Birkenstocks but none of them hit me awkward like these did. Tried with socks on and still did not like. For this price they should feel wonderful like my other ones have.

Ordered narrow after reading other reviews. My foot still swims in this shoe. Love the style just wish it was not so wide.

You say midnight...show a picture in black got them wore them and get outside and they are blue! Poor color description.

I am normally a medium width but had to get the narrow and go down a size, so they run big and wide. Tried on the narrow ones when they came in and one foot fit great and it felt good but the other foot felt like it wasn't hitting the arch right. No way I could have worn them with that foot hitting wrong so I had to send them back.

I ordered Birkenstock because of foot pain issues. Lots of friend have and love them. Unfortunately I did not find them comfortable. They seemed clumsy on my feet [ordered narrow] and foot bed to hard. I'm returning.
