So comfy and cool!!

Reduced a full size than my normal. Wear 10 to 10 1/2. Best size in this shoe is 9 to 9 1/2.

I love the shoes but they run so big. I should have returned them but I thought 36 was as small as they come. They say 5-5.5 I usually wear a 5.5 or a 6. I just received another order and again, too big. I decided to go to the Birkenstock website and they have them in a size 35, that’s a 4-4.5. I guess I’m going to have to shop on their website.

Fit perfectly and very comfy. Highly recommend-

Extremely comfortable

These felt great as soon as I stepped into them. They're ready to go - no worries about "breaking them in" or they'll feel better once I've worn them a few times. I love them!

Love these. Read all the reviews and decided to give these a try. I have a narrow foot and wear a 7 1/2 or 8, 38 or 39. Ordered a 38 narrow and they fit perfect. Yes, the toe is rather wide, but was as expected. I personally really like the grippy sole as I live west sometimes it’s slippery due to ice and could never trust my other Birkenstocks. Very happy I ordered them

I love them. Love the thyme suede, super soft and extremely comfortable. They broke in very quickly and are perfect for around the house. I’m normally a regular/wide in Birkenstocks but I got the narrow based on reviews and they are perfect. I also sized down from a 40 to a 39.

it's weird.... in sandals i always wear regular fit, but with their clogs, arizona, and shoes, the narrow fit best. love the looks, feel, and fit of my Zermatt.

Love the show. I e had many Birkenstock shoes but never tried a narrow width. I did get narrow in these and love them.

I live in Birkenstocks and needed some for around the house only. These are perfect! Extremely comfortable, supportive, and great quality. I got the thyme suede on sale in a size smaller than I usually wear in Birkenstocks due to many saying they run large. I would agree and they definitely fit more like a regular width and not narrow which i love. They hug my feet perfectly with plenty of toe room.

I love Birkenstocks and love these shoes but they’re just too wide and loose. Exchanging for a smaller size and can’t wait to wear them.

Very little break in time

I love these shoes! They fit better than any shoes I've ever had, and they're cute. I have wide feet, and the "regular" width was perfect for me. I would recommend treating them with suede protector as soon as you get them.

fabulous shoes...but they just don't fit right

Ordered my usual birkenstock size and they fit great. A little wide on my foot but I plan to wear these most often with socks. They fit great with socks. I bought the green/ thyme and I'm happy with my choice. Wore them all day at work with no issues. I will note that the lip around the edge can be a little bit if a tripping hazard so be careful. This is my first pair in this style might get another pair in black.

This shoe is very comfortable. The size is perfect. I always have better luck ordering European size 38 than US size 8. The taupe color is spot on. No complaints and love the beautiful, stylish look!! I have had many compliments on them just wearing them a few times!

Zermatt is my favorite fall/winter shoe. They are comfortable right out of the box. I wear a 6.5 but always wear a 36 in Birkenstock. This is my 5 pair.

Super comfortable and stylish. Had to exchange for smaller size, they were too big. Love the color and look of the shoes.

Like other reviewers, the narrow fits well and is more like a regular to me. Sticky sole so it takes some getting used to. Slowly breaking them in and it’s going great!
