These are just ok. I love my Birk Bostons so much more. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on the look of these. I agree with other reviews. They do tend to look like “duck feet.” They feel heavier than the Bostons do. I am going to keep them b/c it’s something different and they look cute with jeans. Comfort is there!

I love the fit and casual style of these Birks. The soles are a bit grippier than I hoped for; while I'd love this in some other footwear, I don't need the extra grip around the house (where I plan to use these). The grippy outsole squeaks a bit when hitting the floor, but I'm hoping the sound will fade in time. One surprise was the amount of nap in the suede, which seems to vary across pairs.

I usually wear a 39N but it was huge so I went down to a 38N and it’s much better… my toes hit just a smidge but they’ll stretch out- the 39 would have been enormous

This is a bigger shoe than you might think if you're accustomed to Birkenstock. It's more of a hefty slipper. The fit was not what I expected. The toe ridge was higher than I am used to. Zappos came through with an exchange (for a Boston style Birkenstock) very swiftly. Thanks so much.

I ordered three separate pairs of these and all three had defects of some sort. Also, two of the shoes were stretched out from someone trying them on.

All sizes sold out except for narrow which on another site says medium. Couldn’t even get my foot it it. Such a cute shoe and am so bummed!

These would have been perfect if not for the heel. The suede comes up past the foot bed and my heel keeps stepping on it. Super uncomfortable feeling. Birkenstock should consider making that suede hit level with the foot bed.

I have worn Birkenstocks for 50 years. My go to size is 38, but 39’s work too. I ordered 38 in these and I need at least a 40, and I’m guessing a 41 wouldn’t be out of the question. So these run small and even through Birks advertise the narrow as regular width they are most def not.

I was curious about Birkenstock after an article in the WSJ. I love Crocs so thought I would like there - but not my type. I tried walking in them and was unstable. So they are coming back.

Please know that you could actually hurt yourself in these. Break a nose, etc. Sorry to say it, but would rather help prevent injury. Love everything else about them. Other than sole, Comfort rating above would be 5 stars. If they put on a normal sole, I’d switch everyday shoe from Boston to this one. Please offer this in normal sole! Thanks.

Most uncomfortable shoe I’ve ever worn. It felt like I was wearing a brick. They weighed a ton and lacked any support. The ball of my feet ached for days after wearing them. To add insult to injury, they were the ugliest shoe I’ve ever seen. People stared as my feet arrived in the room one minute before the rest of my body. They are HUGE, like the size of duck feet. And did I mention ugly? Pictures shown don’t represent the shoe.

I kept tripping in the Birkenstocks I've been wearing for the last five decades. These closed-toe shoes ended the safety issue. They look quite chic/casual and work perfectly for dog walks on city sidewalks.

I have worn Birkenstocks exclusively since I was thirty. Now that I've reached 73 years of age, I've started tripping on the sidewalk when I walk my dog. The toe of my Birkenstock caught on lips of the sidewalk. When I wearing these shoes with a toe, no problem. Now I can enjoy Birkenstock comfort full-time again!

These Birkenstock clogs are extremely comfortable. Also very easy to slip on & off and look nice and stylish. Love these. This is my 2nd pair.

These Birkies look great. be sure to buy and use the suede care products. I clean them every time I wear them. Avoid getting the shoes wet.
