I had a difficult time getting them on at first because I really think these are not wide like they are supposed to be. I ordered size 9C and almost returned them because they run small. But thankfully I'd ordered a half size larger to begin with. I would recommend getting a whole size up potentially. I am a heavy gal and I struggle to find boots that fit well in the calf; these are wonderful! They fit perfectly in the calf, heel, and my toes have plenty of wiggle room. Just pretty tight where the foot bends along the ball of the foot really. I love the stitching and feel otherwise!

Out of 10 Ariat boots and 7 different models this was by far my favorite pair. This was actually a gift for my niece for her Sweet 16 and she absolutely loved them. It was actually what started the boot buying frenzy, now all of a sudden my nieces and daughters had to have a pair and of course they had to be Ariat. No other brand compares in quality comfort and style. I love how they are true to size and overall description.

These boots look great and feel even better. They are very comfortable.I have a hard time finding shoes that fit because my foot is wide but these fit perfectly.

I orderd my size I usually get 8.5 and fit amazingly perfect the wide stretch on the upper shaft were the calf is amazing .I have big calfs struggle to find boots that fit me and comfortably. But let me tell you these boots are so comfy and easy to put on they didn't take long to mold to my size and slide in and out easily without struggling and they look good not like other boots were they look tight on my calf and bent. I use these everyday almost so comfortable for work or at the ranch . Best boots ive bought from ariat can't wait to buy another pair with the same design how they made these. Hopefully I get some other ones just like these but like different color .

I only wear Ariat boots. They are the most comfortable and hold up to harsh conditions mucking stalls, riding, or just wearing out with jeans. I have a hard to fit calf, and their boots always fit well! Don't wear any other brand!

The extendable calf is a gamechanger! These are a gorgeous boot, as well. They'd be perfect if they just weren't so narrow. I have no idea why in styles where they do actually offer a wide width, they only offer it in a few sizes? Those of us with big feet (I wear a size 12, which is super hard to find anyway!) end up getting hosed and it really sucks. I was so excited to try these, even though I was concerned (justifiably, as it turned out) that they'd be too narrow. Super disappointing. I worry my lifelong love for Ariat may be forced to end because they just don't make anything that fits me anymore.

If you're a wife calf person you'll love these. They are super comfortable and have extra room to get your ankle in. The color is also very gorgeous!

Very comfortable! I have wide calves and these fit with extra room! The stretch at the top makes them comfortable to wear. I could probably even slip jeans inside and be comfortable. Felt great on my feet, plenty of support.

My feet are flat and fat. This wide boot was very comfortable. I wore them on a plane, to a concert in Denver, and to the wedding at the C Lazy U ranch. They are undoubtedly the best shoes I have had on my feet for sometime!

These boots are gorgeous and comfortable right out of the box. I got the double whammy with being a teacher and having wide feet. Since I stand most of the day, finding comfortable boots with wide sizing was almost impossible, until now. My husband bought these for my 50th birthday two weeks ago and I've pretty much worn them most days since then. These boots have it going on- they're comfortable, pretty much match almost anything, and are pretty to look at, while being totally functional.

It's a wonderful boot and runs true. It is difficult for me to find a boot that actually fits. No problems, no complaints.... perfect

I have a hard time finding wide boots with a roomy calf. These boots are super comfortable, they have a wide width without being too big and the stretch makes pulling them on easy. I am wearing them as my dress boots rather than as chore boots, but they were comfortable from the get go.

My daughter wears an 8.5 in shoes, so we wouldn't know how the sizes compare. It fit good with some room to spare.

This was my first square toe boot and I can't believe I've never had one. It's so comfortable! I love these boots so much. They're perfect for casual with jeans or with a dress for church. So glad I got these!

Haven't actually worn them yet because it's winter in New England and they are too beautiful to ruin! (Dark foot with blue upper) Tried them on as soon as they arrived and they seem like they are going to be perfect. Can't wait to wear them!

Great boots! I ordered my usual size. Must wear thick socks with them. Very generous in calf area. Love the color and square toe shape.

This boot is amazingly beautiful! Not only does it look great, but also feels great on my feet. It is so comfortable that I wore them ALL day upon arrival. Don't think I'll be needing to break these beauties in. The 8wide fit is true to size. I will definitely be making another purchase very soon!

My wife ordered these boots because she really liked the look. A beautiful boot, but they were just a bit too small. We sent them back hassle free and ordered a new pair in her correct size!
