I've had my Chandler boots in Spade black for about 6 months now. I wear them line dancing weekly. They are beautiful boots to look at, comfortable while wearing and get lots of compliments. They have a higher heel than others, but I wear them more because of that. Once they're broken in they go on a bit easier. I found that squeezing the shaft of the boots before putting them on was helpful.

these are literally my favorite pair of boots theyre such a staple, everyone needs a cute pair of going out boots and black matches everything. theyre also so comfortable and the stitching detail is adorable

These are beautiful boots. Leather is soft. They are very hard to get on. Once they're on they're great and fit perfect

Boots are absolutely gorgeous! I have them in black and brown and both pair came in with the right boot shaft smaller in diameter than the left, making it difficult if not impossible to get the boot on. I had to send one pair back and reorder them. This last pair I've managed to stretch them out enough to get them on. Quality seems to be slipping with your boots.

I was so excited about these boots! The red color and stitching of the Pimento is beautiful. Unfortunately I had to return. I feel as though the boot would have fit my actual foot fine, but I was unable to get the boot on past my heel/ankle because of the way the opening is tapered. I have a more athletic build and a wider ankle/calf area and sadly these were just not made for me. Beautiful boot however if you're someone with smaller ankles!

I wish there were options for wide on this boot. the toes are a bit squished. But very cute!

Nice boots and immediately comfortable. My size did not come in wide and I was worried they would be too tight but they are perfect. My only disappointment is in the distressing. It's like someone carelessly took a cheese grater to the edges to make them look distressed. The areas are white because the distressing took the color away. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

ordered the baby blue. while I love the boot, IT IS DEFINATELY GRAY. If you are counting on these to match your jeans, I would pick another color. It is not the nice blue in the photo.

They are gorgeous PLEASE ARIAT PUT SOME ZIPPERS ON if you read the reviews most of them state thay is too small for the ankle a zipper will be amazing!! I have to send em back because of it

After looking for the perfect black boots for so long, I was so excited to get these. I loved them. The style and fit were perfect the first time I put them on. After wearing them 3 times, they're too big. I love a perfectly worn pair of boots but it's like these stretched a lot. They're uncomfortable to wear now. I'm so bummed about this. If I had known they'd stretch so much, I would've sized down!

I've the look of these shoes and ordered them in a "Wide". I still couldn't get them onunfortunately had to return them. Beautiful shoe though!

Great fit however they are much darker than the advertised picture in black. Stitch pattern isn't very prominent. Cheap heel. I returned the boots.

i so wanted to love these. Had plans to wear them to a couple of music events. They run BIG even with socks on. I will add they are beautiful boots so i wore them right out of the box :) but they kept slipping. i wore them a second time so there is no taking them back now. i will get thicker socks and make it work...they are beautiful .

Love love love! But a half size too big now. I'm usually a 7.5 so I ordered that and now I'm realizing too big. I refuse to buy a thick sock to make them work and now I'm going to have to order a new pair and only wore these once

I have tiny feet and I can't even get them into the boots.

I am a HUGE Ariat fan! Unfortunately, these are one of the few boots from Ariat that are just not comfortable and shaped very weirdly. The front half is very narrow and the back half/heel is wide. I am a solid 7.5 M in anything Ariat with a pointed toe. It was very tight across the front and top of my foot and my heel was swimming. Also, I ordered the Carnation Pink color which looks great online. However, it's a different shade of pink than what's depicted and the pink heel just looks odd. Unfortunately had to return them.

I am an everyday wearer of boots in general, these are not meant for everyday wear.

I'm so sad about these. Unless you have really tiny ankles you won't get your foot in. I even went up a size and couldn't get them in. Super cute but sadly didn't fit.

My boots arrived and one boot has a white defect on the toe. I want to exchange them, but customer service is unavailable. You get this bot for both chat and phone that goes in circles and won't respond to commands. Very unhelpful. All I want to do is exchange them but no one will respond to me via chat or phone.

Very weird fit. The right boot will go on but my left foot won't even go in the boot I'm not sure stretching the boot would work.

I love Arita's. It is the only boot I buy. That said, I just purchased the black and brown Casanovas and the brown Chandlers. The black pair fit perfect. The other two won't even all my foot in at all. Same size as the black pair. Same size as all of my Aroats I own.

I received my chandler booties and instantly fell in love with them. Was able to break them in within a few wears. When wearing them on my last outtting I tripped and scuffed the toe. The scuff went as deep to generate into the leather. Ariat only wants to return the boot with a full refund. No repairs are offered. Owning several brands of boots I have never seen such poor quality leather on such a pricey boot. Beware of the ariat warranty.

Really cute shoe but even after I sized up after reading reviews, I could not even get close to fitting the boot on my foot
