Shoes run large so I ordered one size down and they are perfect. Grippy sole, awesome color as pictured, leather quality is soft and appears expensive to any onlooker.

Wanted a nice color to go with shades of blue suits. This is a very deep burgundy much darker than cognac. Almost black. Comfort is superb. Order a full size smaller than you typically wear.

These shoes are what I was looking for. Dressy, yet can stand up to daily wear. This were a little narrower design that Io might prefer, but my fault as ordered on line and could not decipher true middle width Thinner socks has addressed that issue.

One review I saw complained that the sides rubbed at the ankle, and I experienced this, too, but I inserted an insole that solved that problem, but then the shoe was too tight - everywhere. My solution was to try out my new shoe stretchers, which improved the problem, but didn't quite solve it. I was careful not to over-stretch, so I think with another stretch session, they'll fit okay.

Very nice shoes and I like them a lot but the ankles are cut so high that they dig into your ankle. I noticed this about Florsheim shoes in general and I really like the shoes and wish they would make that adjustment
