I got these in a week ago they feel like plastic on the foot part feels like leather on top looking at pictures thought they had a wood heel going to keep them have wore them but not pleased with the way they looked in picture

i have had these boots since Jan 2024 and the brown coloring on outer sole and heel is fading away and looks bad. Looks cheaply made. They are very comfortable just wish the coloring was better

Disappointed because foot not leather only shaft was & returned boots.

Sole discoloration continues to be an issue with these soles. If the discoloration looked normal like a leather sole that would be acceptable but with a white or bright orange color from any scuff it makes this boot look cheap and old. I understand the light sole technology but I would recommend a leather layer or something to make this technology more attractive to customers.

I would love to tell you all about these boots, except I never got them! Ariat was running a great deal on them, so I pulled the trigger. When a week and a few days went by and I still hadn't gotten a shipment email, I called to make sure everything was okay as I expected things to be hectic after the holidays. The rep assured me everything was good and the boots were on the way soon! Well I waited another week and here we are (see images). They cancelled on me after assuring me they would be getting shipped likely the day after I spoke to them! Ariat makes good products, but this service was not cowboy, def not straight shooter.
